Is Vitani's Nala's cub?

I voted for "No, Vitani is the cub of Zira and another lion." because even though Nala and Vitani's colors are both brighter than most lionesses, I like to think that Zira and some rogue are Vitani's parents. :3

I'm guessing Zira and another lion. She doesn't look like she's related to Scar.

No... definitely not. I can only imagine Nala having cubs with Simba, and all they've had is Kiara (and Kopa). I'm not sure where Vitani came from, but I'm leaning towards ScarXZira.

well if for no other reason, Nala wouldn't dump a cub to the evils of Zira. None of them call Scar dad, and Zira never tells any of her cubs Scar is dad..even when Nuka was making his argument as to why he should be King (older, smarter, stronger), he didn't throw in 'Scar's my dad'. so I believe the three cubs were probably birthed by Zira, but maybe not fathered by the same male.

I honestly have no idea what this theory is even based on. Not only is ther no evidence in the movie for such an idea, it would be completely and utterly out of character for Nala to abandon her daughter. I voted that Vitani is the daughter of Zira and another lion since she evidently wasn't actually Scar's mate.

I believe Vitani was found with Kovu abandoned, and Zira (and Scar IF he was still alive at the time) chose to keep them as there children.

I think it was Zira and another lion because she has an outlander nose.
