Mufalfa did a cub snarl. "Leave me be. I don't need any friends or cheering up."

Dakari wasn't surprised at that either. "Alright, I'll leave you be." Meanwhile back where the cubs were Fadhili was still nuzzling her niece and nephew. Marini looked at her brother, "Is something wrong? I expected you to be a little more excited now that your niece and nephew are safe."

Mufalfa said to Dakari as he left, "Wait a minute you two were cubs once right? I have a vague memory of I dunno me laughing at you for being in love. But wait how can I remember that if you are young adults now." Kuajsiri said, "Huh? Oh I was just thinking about Mufalfa."

Dakari looked around at him, "Um, all lions were cubs at one point... Well... the other Mufalfa, who looked and acted just like you laughed at us when we were cubs."

Mufalfa nodded, "Well I don't blame him. Somehow though I feel like you two matter to me for some reason. Are you like family or something?"

Dakari curiously pointed at where Fadhili and Marini were with the two cubs. "What about those two?" he asked, referring to the two lionesses.
