Skylanders:Spyro's Adventure

Bought the 3DS version yesterday, and I hope I can eventually get the Wii version of the game. It has an interesting concept. Each version comes with three toys (the 3DS version has different ones than the other versions) trading cards, stickers and data codes for the three characters, and a prepehrial called the portal of light. What you do is place one of the toys the game came with on the portal of light, and that character will come to life in the game. There's more characters you can buy at places like Toys R Us and Best Buy. Acquired another one today called Prism Break. Imagine if in the future, other companies license their characters for the game! That'd be sweet! Favorite characters so far are Ignitor and Prism Break.

I instinctively want to say OHMAHGOSH THEY KILLED SPYRO FOREVER, but I can't because it could actually be a good game (even if Spyro's design sucks more than Justin Bieber.)

It's interesting, but I want to see more opinions before thinking about buying it. I hope that the game's successful enough for Spyro to get another game of his own since Spyro's really only in this game for marketing, it seems.
