Muroki nodded and went inside the tree before lying down beside Basha. "Uh, when you said we were going to start our own pride..." he said, sounding a little nervous. He wanted to know what did this mean for them.

Dakari couldn't help but smile happily as Amana said yes. He hugged his new mate close and nuzzled her.

Basha moved closer to Muroki and leaned in, gently resting her head on him "well I was meaning... Well if you wanted to .... We ... We could rule together as king and queen of our pride" she told him with a loving nuzzle

Amana smiled and looked over to Olly "come here baby" she told him as the dark of night swept across the lands "its time to sleep" she told the little cubby

Olly ate until he felt like he could burst, when Amana called him he padded over to were her and Dakari lay "ok, night mommy , night daddy" he said before curling into a little white ball and drifting off to sleep

Muroki returned Basha's nuzzle with a smile. "I'll be a fool if I say no."

Dakari smiled as he watched Olly curl up into a small ball of fur and falling asleep. He looked at Amana, "Have I told you how adoreable your son is?" he asked with a chuckle.

Basha looked out to the dark mirky outlands, she shivered and snuggled herself closley into Muroki, se was so happy that she finally had someone to love.

Amana smiled at Dakari's comment and rolled onto her back to look up at him "well if we are mates he is kinda yours too, he's your step son" she told him

Muroki noticed that and hugged Basha close with one of his forelegs. "Is that better?" he asked with a smile.

Dakari sighed, "I know, and I'll always treat him as if he was my son. But technically he isn't..." it's not like Dakari had a problem with not being Olly's biological father. "And when Olly finds out..." he didn't want to think about that.

Basha snuggled more deeply into Muroki "yes that's much better" she said as a loving smile spread across her muzzle, she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him, she knew she would be happy with him by her side

Amana realised that Dakari was thinking about the consequences of their lie to olly and how olly was going to react when he found out "we don't have to tell him, if we are going to be mates and nobody else knows he will never know otherwise" she told him hoping to reassure him that everything would be alright

Muroki smiled as Basha snuggled closer to him. He leaned and licked her forehead once. "I look forward to our lives together."

Dakari looked into Amana's eyes, "Are you sure there's no way for him or anyone to find out?" he said, his ears flattened against his head and a worried look on his face.

Basha felt so warm and so happy next to Muroki, "I want us to be together forever" she said before she let out a purr as she faded off to sleep

Amana cuddled into Dakari "the only lions who know the truth are you and I and Olly's father, but he won't come round here, he doesn't want us" she told him as she licked his muzzle yet again

Muroki smiled. He lay his head down next to Basha's and also fell asleep.

Dakari smiled, finally calming down. "I still can't believe that he just got up and left because he didn't want a cub." he nuzzled her, "Don't worry though, I'll never do such a thing."

Fumo went looking for Fadhili "did she forget about going stargazing tonight" he thought to himself as he walked around the pridelands looking for her

"It wasn't just that he didn't want a cub, he didn't belive me that Olly was his because he is white and Zorb was dark grey" Amana told her mate
