She sighed after a few moments and slowly got to her paw. "Its not the bloody paw," she said softly. "I'm just afraid... I'm afraid that it'll hurt, and that, I don't know. I don't not want to, I just.." She looked away, sighing. "Will it hurt?"

Hakara shook his head. "No, it shouldn't," he said.

"Will you be easy with me?" She asked softly, nuzzling him.

Hakara nodded. "Yes," he said, nuzzling her.

[Applejack]

Vitani sighed, and after a few moments, she started to limp her way over to a patch of trees nearby. "Rather be there," she said, purring. "I still want to control a little." She chuckled and reached the small grove, waving her paw at Hakara. "I'm giving you the one thing I can't take back," she said softly. "You have my love, and you have my loyalty and faith, and now, you shall be my mate."

Hakara nodded and followed. "And you, Vitani, have my loyalty and faith, and now, you shall be my mate," he said, repeating her words.

[Applejack]

Purring, Vitani lay down, looking at Hakara. "Then, my dear, we shall be mated for life." She looked up at him, her eyes soft. "I will give you what I can only give one lion."

Hakara nodded. "Then it is time," he said, preparing himself for the moment.

Soon, Hakara was leading Vitani back to Pride Rock. "Well, I'm sure the others are wondering where we went," he said.
