Kovu looked at Haij. "My sons are going to be presented to the kingdom," he stated.

Vitani nodded and leaned on Hakara, this time getting close to him as she hobbled up Pride Rock with Hakara. "Kovu," Vitani called out, "I'm coming. I need to tell you something. All of you something." Vitani turned her head to Hakara and licked his muzzle once, gratefully. "Thank you, Hakara," she whispered in his ear. "Maybe I was wrong earlier. You dont have a stench. Its a very sweet smell." She smiled genuinely and looked back forward, realizing they'd reached Jasmine, Kovu, and the Cubs. "Jasmine, Kovu, Nuka, Kopa, I'm sorry," she said, bowing her head in respect. "You all have my blessing, for real. I over reacted when I shouldn't have, and I couldn't have been more wrong. I'm sure Kopa and Nuka are happy that their names live in." She glanced skyward with a smile. A warm breeze whipped around the group gently, carrying the familiar scent of Nuka. She nodded, then slowly backed up. "I'll leave the royal family for the presentation now and sit back with Kiara, Haij, and Hakara. This is your moment, not ours."

Haij nodded at both statements with a soft smile. "An excellent day today will be," he said. He sighed softly.

Simba and Nala smiled as the animals gathered. Rafiki looked at Jasmine. "It is time, your highness," he said.

The adult bit his lip, and closed his eyes, feeling the pain again. As much as he wanted to get away from the presentation to think, it would be rude, so he decided to stay and watch a little of it.

Kiara lay beside Haij as the presentation began

Jasmine nuzzled her sons and waited for rafiki to start, she smiled to Kovu "I can't believe how lucky we are, she looked up to the sky at her parents, and then behind her to Vitani and Kiara "we have all of our loved ones with us on this joyous day" she said with a wide grin

He looked over at Kiara. "Um, Kiara," he said quietly. "I've been thinking and all and..." He looked down. "Well.."

Kovu looked over at Jasmine as Rafiki began the ritual. "Are you ready?" he asked.

Vitani sighed softly and looked over at Hakara. "How long will you stay before you get bored and decide to leave?" She asked gently, looking at him with eyes that spoke of deeper feelings.

Hakara smiled. "I'm never leaving. I found what I was looking for: you," he said.
