Haij started to wake up after a few hours. He opened his eyes and brought his head up, yawning softly. He looked down at Kiara, who was still sleeping and smiled softly, nuzzling her gently

Kiara awoke as Haij nuzzled her, she looked up to him her eyes still heavy "hey handsome" she giggled as she licked his muzzle

Jasmine was shocked with the way Vitani reacted, after Vitani ran off she turned to her mate "y..your mother killed Kopa" she said, she was shocked, she got to her paws and leaving her cubs laying on the ground she started pacing around the den, she then turned to Kovu and raised her paw, she brought it down with force across his face and bared her teeth "you should not be king, Kopa should be, this is what your mother wanted" she snarrled

Hakara nodded and went to help Vitani up. "Lean on me," he instructed. Kovu was shocked. "Jasmine, what are you talking about?! I'm your mate! I had nothing to do with what my mother did!" he said.

Jasmine snarled and pounced on Kovu pinning him to the ground "lier" she growled as she again lifted her paw to strike him, she then spotted the two little bundles of fur who were layed staring at her, she quickly calmed down and went to her cubs and lay with them hugging them tight "I think you should leave" she instructed Kovu

Kovu stepped closer. "Jasmine, I..." he began, but cut himself off. "Jasmine, please. What would your parents say if you saw you doing this? What happened to we are one?" he finally said.

Kiara growled back at him "yes maybe so, but then I would never have known the truth" she hissed as she bared her teeth"and now I will need to look at my sons every day knowing what their fathers family did to my brother, now leave" she snarrled as she got up and extracted her claws ready to fight
