Kiara looked at kovu, she still loved him but she could never show it, she bowed to him "your highness I know what I have done is wrong, myself and Haij were just on our way to see you to ask if we could join your pride" she said with her head still bowed.

Kovu was suspicious. "And how do I know that you're not going to try to kill Jasmine in order to get to me and the kingdom?" he asked.

Kiara looked at him with a blank expresion "don't flatter yourself, why do you think I am bringing Haij with me" she told him "I'm over you Kovu, it was just a cubby crush" she lied.

Haij rolled his eyes and followed Kiara, hearing the last thing she said to Kovu. "A cubby crush, or the real thing, Princess Kiara?" He looked at Kovu, bowing. "Hello, King Kovu. I'm Haijukilani, but my parents and Kiara call me Haij," he said with a small giggle. "It's my job to make sure Kiara doesn't cause trouble, due to Queen Jasmine's orders." "No I don't" Kiara argued "and even if I did ihe is my sisters mate and the king of the Pridelands" she stated she turned back to Kovu "so what are you wanting me to do, do you want me to leave or can I return to the pridelands" she asked.

Kovu looked at Kiara. "You can return to Pride Rock, but you have to promise that you will make peace with Jasmine," he stated.

Kiara smiled "I promise" she told her King "and what about Haij" she asked him as she turned to smile at :Haij.

Meanwhile Jasmine was pacing up and down the den waiting anxiously for her mate to return "Kovu were are you" she thought to herself.

Kovu smiled slightly. "He can come as well. It'll actually be good to have another male around. Now, we just need to find Vitani and then we can go home," he said.
