Angelica screamed, letting precious air leave her. She kicked at the mermaid hard.

"Thank you again," Syrena said to the villager. She reached forward to kiss her husband.

Angelica smiled, and took a swig herself.

The mermaid let go of Angelica.

Philip kissed Syrena back and he pulled her into his arms, so her head lied on his chest.

Ginny watched this, "Mami, " She said to Angelica, "Will Jack be my papa?"

"Cant I have more?" Ginny asked.

Angelica swam to the surface, and gently dropped Ginny in the boat. She climbed in herself, and rowed as fast as she could to shore.

She enjoyed her spot there, on his chest. She kissed his cheek and walked into the room.

Angelica's eyes widened. "Jack? Your...?" She looked around. "Where is Jack, anyway?"

"No. Maybe when you're older," she said, finishing the rum.

The mermaid followed, "Come back here!" She hissed.

Philip followed Syrena, holding her hand tightly in his.

"awww!" Ginny cried. "That could take forever!"

Shore was close. She had to get to shore.

Syrena yawned. "You tired?"
Neyssa came behind them, a piece of bread in her cheek. "I am,"

She laughed, when she heard a shout. She poked her head out of the cabin. "Are you calling me?" she asked Thorne.

The mermaid grabbed Angelica's leg.
Philip smiled at Neyssa, then he turned his gaze back to his wife, "Y-yea."

Thorne turned around. "I don't recall..."

"Get off!" she said, kicking. She rowed faster.

Syrena lay down in the large bed, and beckoned to her husband. Her eyes were closed in seconds.

"I heard a shout..." she went back into her cabin and looked out the small porthole. "Man overboard!" she yelled.

"Gi ve me back the child you stole!"


Philip did the same, he laid down, putting a arm around Syrena.

Ginny jumped up and looked at the porthole, she was a mermaid so it was natural for the crew to want her to be the one to dive in.

"No! Go away!" Her boat reached shore, and tumbled into the sand. She clutched Ginny close as she scrambled to her feet.


Syrena's dreams were filled with happiness, family, reunion. And speckled with anger. At these moments, she tossed and turned, but they soon left and she was calm.

"She is not going in," Angelica hissed, reading Thorne's thoughts. "She can never know."

The mermaid struggled to follow Angelica, once she made it to shore her tail turned into a feet. "Ahhck..."
Philip awoke quickly to her struggles, he awoke her gently, "Whats wrong?"

Thorne hissed, "Then save the man yourself!"
