Nuka looked at Baya as he showed more and more caring for his sister and nodded to himself. He'd knwon Baya wasn't such a brute. Baya had just needed someone to help him open up his true, softer side. He slowly rose to his paws and helped Tupa over to the shade with a purr. he leaned down after she was settled in and nuzzled her, licking her cheek a few times. "I won't take too long," he said softly. "After all, our little one needs nutrition, as do you." He smiled and turned to pad out of the Oasis with a small grunt. As he passed Baya, ne placed a paw on his shoulder for a second in a brief, brother-like gesture of understanding before bounding out to hunt for anything that might be worth eating.
Not too long into his search, he found some odd creatures that curled up into a hard ball whenever he tried to touch it. He snorted and left the strange things alone, instead going for the easier to get to sand-mice. Those he caught easily, having had much practice back at home. Soon enough, he held a brace of about 6 mice and he nodded to himself. 2 for each of the lionesses, one for he and Baya. They would need it more than them, after all. He turned back towards the Oasis, trotting so as to not drop them. "Maybe someone can be proud of me for something," he muttered as he entered vision of the oasis.

Vitani shook her head as Nuka left and looked at Baya with a small, loving smile. "Motherhood is going to bring out a side in me you;ve never seen," she said, chuckling. "A few sides, make that." She looked at Tupa, who was laying alone, and slowly got up, padding next to her. She settled down next to her and pressed her muzzle to Tupa's flank. "Hey, Tupa, We're going to be mothers... together. How does that feel?"
