Membo stopped and looked at Karus' son, "I don't know which part of that will make him tell me where she is, but I guess it's better than nothing."

Karus' son then said, "However when he does show he must not see me or he will know that I have been helping you..." He then said, "After you discover where she is my little Membo we shall free her and not let her suffer the same fate as her mate long ago eh?"

Membo frowned at that, "I am not fireproof, it wasn't me who put out the fire, it were some humans. It wasn't my fault that he was dead by the time they got there."

Karus' son sighed, "Yeah whatever. My point being that we can save her if we use our time wisely..."

Membo nodded, "Alright. I'll wait for him to show his face."

(( My family's going to a hotel until Saturday afternoon. I'm taking my iPod so if there's a wireless network in the hotel I'll keep posting ))

Karus' son then said, "Oh and one more thing...if you want to save her I wouldn't screw it up considering your horrible 'luck' so far..." Suddenly movement was heard and Karus' son went out of sight.

Before Membo could even spend time trying to figure out what did Karus' son mean, the noise was heard and he went out of sight. Memo breathed and looked at he direction which the sound came from.

Suddenly Karus appeared and did a big laugh, "Hello Membo, did you miss me? You are going to join your filthy father soon Membo but not before I have the last laugh..." Helooked towards where karus' son was, smiled, but again looked back at Membo, "I am sure you do not know this but I have that annoying doe with me...I shall burn her heart out."

Membo ignored Karus' teasing, "Where is she?"
