Ummm IDK I used to like FF a lot, however it has been in a steady decline ever since SquareSoft became SquareEnix. I honestly thought FF13 was a new low point for the series. It was more westernised, the combat was more action based and less tactical, little to no room for exploration that FF was known for etc...

However FF10 which was the last great one, is being remade into HD/3D for the PS3 so I think Square know that they have messed up FF and need to take it back to roots, I will still play the new ones but am definitely missing FF13-2, and I HOPE TO HELL they do not take Kingdom Hearts down the route FF went

FF7 is amazing though! All of them were good, then FF7 destroyed everything, 8 was almost as good, 9 was just great but the plot was forgettable, 10 was a good solid game... I could go on but in short, it is just a diverse series in terms of quality IMO.

I agree, FF13 was a step in a different direction.
Though I don't believe it was bad, the storyline was quite solid.
I just don't believe it should have been called Final Fantasy. It was super linear until the end, the combat system was way different (even though it was cool)
I like 9 and 10 the most. Just my opinion

It's good!
Not like the old FF's, so if you're expecting anything like them, you'll probably be disappointed.
Otherwise, if you are just expecting entirely new things, you will probably enjoy it.

I love FFX, sadly i feel its the last great of the series it really went down after that

never the less X is awesome auron kimari and lulu are by far my fav characters and my fav aeon? ANIMA!

but the one thing that i love the most and always play when i can BLITZBALL! once you get a stong team then your set for the game basically

currently tidus has over 700hp.. so...much...jecht shot XD
