Bambi squinted his eyebrows, "But why?"

The buck sighed, "Who knows? Perhaps he hated his family for splitting up in the first place...however some bucks are born evil make no mistake..." He then said, "You see I am the Great Prince who first had to deal with Karus..." Meanwhile Nello's son's voice entered the Great Prince's head, "Do you feel bad for Karus?"

Bambi looked confused, "Who are you?" Karus was born around the time Geno and Gurri did, so the oldest that buck could turn out to be was as old as Bambi's grandfather, but he just wanted to make sure. The great prince meanwhile answered the voice, "Uh... I guess, in one way or another..."

The buck said, "It makes no difference. I just wanted you to know that Karus makes excuses." Nello's son's voice said, "Do not. Karus was born bad. You see when Karus was born he said bad things to his mother and tried to poison his father...You will hear about Karus again...your daughter is looking for you."

Bambi looked slightly confused, "And now that I know, what do you want me to do?" The prince stopped. 'My daughter?' he turned his attention to the voice again, "Is it important?" he knew how serious his daughter was, she never bothered him with anything unless she was sure it was important.

The buck said, "You know we cannot intervene with the lives of the living. THEY will have to defeat Karus." Nello's son's voice said, "Your daughter will tell you that a fawn was kidnapped by Karus and Karus will kill them..."

The prince was confused, "But Karus can't kill." he probably had someone to do it for him then. Bambi sighed, "Karus shouldn't be able to intervene, but he does it anyways."

The buck said, "Karus is only helped by negative emotions like anger, fear, and sadness..." Nello's son's voice said, "We shall see..."

Bambi thought for a moment, 'Maybe, just maybe...' however he said nothing. The prince sighed. Soon enough, his daughter and the other fawn found him. "Dad, Karus kidnapped some fawn and his planning to kill him!" with a nod, her father took off. The other fawn just stood there with her, "Your dad's the great prince?" she looked at him with a blank expression and then the two kept walking.

Suddenly the son found the two fawns, looked at the other two fawns, and asked something that was on his mind, "Why would he give up his life for me after I lead you all there?" Karus' voice was deep inside the Great Prince's mind, "You will not save him. He will meet the same fate as your cousin Great Prince, oh 'noble one.'"
