Nala's ears bent backwards with deep displeasure at the way Kovu was brushing off her concerns, and she was highly offended at the fact that Kovu simply disappeared in the middle of their conversation. She resolved to make a point of demanding greater respect as Queen in future meetings with the strangely acting prince.

Nala padded up to Simba and spoke privately into his ear. "Simba, I'm very worried about this. Kovu's provocation could be just the spark the outlanders need to fire them up into attacking us. We need to avoid that. You should keep Kovu at Pride Rock until we figure out why he's endangering us all like that."

Nala noticed that Vitani was also very concerned about her brother, and perhaps feeling guilty as well. Nala resolved to try and comfort Vitani later as well. It wasn't her fault that her brother was acting oddly.

Kivuli observed the stuation between Simba, Nala, Kovu and Vitani. Simba's back was tuen. The perfect chance to strike him down. However Kivuli stopped himself. Insted he stood patiently and waited for the king to return to him

Keeping both of his fore paws pressed gently against the lioness, Sirom's ears perked up once more to hear Sykara's concerned voice. He hoped this mysterious lioness would get off of him at some point and the thought of her causing another destructive outburst would be too much for him to handle. With more weight being applied against his chest, he couldn't help but cough from his lungs getting cramped up by the minute. In a mere moments time, Sirom felt those strong fore paws lightly moving off of his chest. Surprised, he gasped for air and slowly moved up into a sitting position to thoroughly look over to Sykara, Huyani and back to the lioness. He was ready to say something until the unfamiliar lioness spoke up about tagging along with them and taking care of her cub. The thought of this idea seemed baffling and expeditious.

"Hmm... I'm not sure... I have second thoughts about this but seeing how we don't really have a choice, we'll allow you to tag along. But let me say one thing, IF you ever try to harm one of us again, I won't hold back my furious nature. We'll gladly appreciate your help and in regards to your cub, we will try our best to keep him/her safe from any intruder that may lurk around these parts." Sirom replied competently, glancing over to Huyani to catch a hint that she didn't really like the thought of Manyota tagging along with them. Truthfully, he couldn't blame her and second thoughts were still running through his mind about this Manyota. Not wanting to waste anymore time by idling around the Elephant Graveyard, Sirom rose up on all fours and plastered a stern look on his muzzle before speaking up to Manyota.

"Manyota, we're planning on going to the Pride Lands to see what's been happening. Recently, there has been a few attacks occurring around these parts and in my best interest, I was thinking we'll head on over there to see what's going on. You're going have to keep your cub in check at all times, make sure that he/she is well protected. Before we head on out though, I have to make sure everyone is ready." He said and waited for the approval from everyone.

Simba watched on as Nala exchanged a few words with Kovu who seemed to look disgusted in a way. He couldn't be sure though and the thought of Kovu provoking a war amongst the Pridelanders and Outlanders made him questioned about Kovu's actions. After Nala finished speaking her mind on the matter, Simba's eyes fixated on Kovu to hear him mention about something 'changing' within him in a way. The idea of this plagued him. After Kovu made his depart away from the others, Simba's eyes kept a close eye on Kovu as he heard a small whisper coming from his beloved mate. He slowly looked over to her and pasted a loving smile.

"Don't worry sweetie, I'll see what's up with Kovu. Do you think you can calm down Vitani? I'm quite worried about her condition." Simba whispered quietly, leaning in to give an affectionate lick over his mate's attractive furry face before speaking up again.

"I'll go and see what's on his mind now before he wanders off again. I will make sure he won't go near the Outlands." He stated and soon padded off in Kovu's direction, quickly catching up with the disturbed lion.

"Hey Kovu, wait up. I need to talk to you with a few things. Before I begin, I want you to know that all of us are greatly concerned about your actions. If you can tell me what's been on your mind, I'd appreciate it. We really do still consider you part of our pride." Simba tried to reassure the young prince and hoped his heir would act accordingly.

Sykara's whiskers twitched. Huyani's dissapproval of Manyota tagging along, and Sirom's nervousness still lingered too. The young lioness didn't like to stand out from the crowd too much in group decisions like this, and she wondered if she was too outgoing. After all, during the course of the time that they had met, Manyota had clearly shown signs of unecessary and sudden agresstion.

Listening to Sirom's idea of going back to the Pride Lands for the second time today, Sykara didn't want to give in easily to going, in case she managed to accidentally get her whiskers into another dispute between Pridelanders and Outsiders. Yet, curiousity wanted to overcome her, along with the fact that she didn't want to leave Sirom by himself..

Nala nodded as Simba drifted off to find Kovu. Nala beckoned Vitani with a friendly jerk of her head. Although Kivuli had accepted Simba's authority she still didn't fancy being alone with him. Talking to Vitani would have to wait until they got Kivuli settled in. Nala then guided both lions towards Pride Rock. Around the back of Pride Rock, a short distance from the slope where Pride Rock began to reach skywards, was a moderately large, but very plain den. She thought it was appropriate for the cautious trust Simba was showing Kivuli.

"You can settle in here Kivuli. When Simba returns he'll explain more precisely what is expected of you, but for now you can assume that most the expectations of you are unchanged from your last stay with us. Now, if there's nothing else you need?..."

As Kovu ran away from Simba,Nala,Kivuli, and Vitani, he heard Simba yelling for him. He looked at Simba. Kovu was thinking of what to say. Bu couldn't think with all this horrible things he was being told. But then, Kovu looked at the grass, then, somehow, he saw Zira smricking at him. Kovu gasped.

Why does Simba want to talk to me, I should leave the pridelands for a day.

Simba, please, leave, I might reack havic again, so please, leave. I don't want to hurt you. Then, Kovu ran off towards the waterhole. He soon got there, he got a drink, then, looked at himself. And he saw a lioness that he didn't know. Then, a lion he also didn't know. Then he heard voices in his mind."Parents.....those parents...those are you parents". But he didn't beleive those words, but then, he saw Zira attacking the lioness, and killing her, then, he even saw himself as a baby.

That's impossible, Zira's my real mother. Isn't she? Kovu wondered. Then, he saw himself with his scar. My do I have this horrible scar, it's not my birthright. As he looked at himself, he wondered if he should drown himself, but knew it would break Kiara's heart. Then, something got to him again. His iris shrunk very small again. Must get Vitani mother, I'll do it!_______________________________________________________________________________
Manyota was curious now, why wouldn't the not be sure. Besides, all she wanted was her cubs safety. But I'm a good hunter, I'd hunt for you all everyday. Then, Manyota felt a kick coming from her stomach. Please, calm down in there! She wondered something. Her cub had been kicking rather often. She thought that maybe it come around sometime soon. then, she felt more kicks. Please stop! Then, she somehow collapsed. Please, someone take me to my den!

It's due already? It's not due until next week!

Then, she started growling from the pain. She tried walking on her own, but she kept falling. Finally, she kneeled down, but the fell on her side. Someone take me to my den! Please!

Kivuli look round his new home. It was indeed a large size den. It was basic by Prdeland standards but to Kivuli it was the best thing ever. Thank you Nala. This seems to be quite a nice place you have chosen for me Kivuli then turned to face Nala at the cave entrance, before speaking again May I ask what Simba's expections were of me? And what were yours? If you had any. You barely had time between Scar, and Zira's uprising to get to know many. Well Simba didnt. You knew a little of be before you went looking for help, but even then I was quite a quiet cub

Sykara smirked. So? After all, we can all hunt perfectly fine? Why on Earth WOULD we need your help? To make sure Manyota didn't pin her or Sirom down again, she just kept her muzzle quiet.

When Manyota fell down, Sykara didn't feel all too excited or nervous for her; after all, she was one of those lionesses who just didn't want to have cubs, now or ever. So when Manyota could barely walk on her own four paws, Sykara barely knew what to do except nudge her forward a little bit with her muzzle, saying "It'll all be okay," under her breath, so low she could barely hear herself. After a few nudges, Sykara lifted her head forward, thinking the lioness would be fine just here.

Sykara, I can't get up, please help me friend. Manyota started grunting from the pain, she felt the cub coming closer to the world. ROARR! Then, Manyota collapsed again. She couldn't help it, she had to scream, it was her only opition. She wanted either Sykara or Huyani to help her through it all. Help!

I don't want a cub anymore! I always wished for one but I fina;lly got one, but now I don't want it! Someone help me!

Sykara sighed, and grunted. The last thing she wanted to hear right now was a screaming, complaining lioness, so she just made herself nuzzle Manyota gently once again, hoping that it would help, murmuring that she would be just fine, and then stepped back. Still pretty confused as to what she should do in this scenario, Sykara stepped back once again, waiting for either Huyani or Sirom to give her a guideline as to what she should do next

Why did this have to happen now? Sykara's paws still urged to go back into the Pridelands..
