Actually looks like a well developed idea. It will be hard to pull off well, but if it can, it will be well worth it. The only thing I see wrong is with a lack of any writing system, Democracy can easily be abused. (Who remembers all the votes, and they can change the numbers...) But I think I'll give it a try.
