lol I used to be scared of that part too. But now I can watch it, but I'll still cry, because it's really emotional. Poor Simba... He tried to wake Mufasa up... Oh and when I was 6-7 I couldn't watch the Disney movie ''Dinosaur''. It was scary to me.

This is mostly why people don't like TLK. >.> It's just part of the storyline. I have watched TLK more than 4 million times, and It always gets me on the edge of my seat. ^^ So, really Mufasa's body just goes away but he is really stil alive! Hope this helps. lol

This reminds me of a similar situation. You know the movie Twister, by WB? My parents bought it purely because some of it was shot near our old house in Iowa (we heard and felt the explosion they used to put a tanker in the air, to make it look like a tornado picked it up LOL, and saw aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall those red trucks they had, a lot of which were wrecked when they did that drift thingy to get the machine in the tornado's path, but enough about that ) , and I was always scared of the first part when the tornado destroys this family's house. That part is really built up by the anticipation of the twister. And... I've always been scared of storms LOL but I can't get enough of 'em. Anyway, I think now you won't be as scared of that part in the movie. Hope this helps! Oh and if you don't think ur gonna be scared, you prolly will do better than if u expect to be scared.[/quote

Yeah I've watched Twister >.< I don't like the beginning either. Ever since I watched it I thought that whenever there was a storm (believe it or not, there actually was a storm a bit after I watched it! ), I was always scared a Tornado would come up and destroy the town!

by the way Sno when the Tornado hits that house at the beginning is that little girl screaming or laughing when the Dad is getting pulled away by it? Because it kinda sounds like she's laughing...

I used to dislike 'dinosaur' too. Especially the Raptors and Carnotaurs XD
