Mauawas shocked, Ashar's mother could come any mintute and attack. Ashar, let's go back to our cave, so the cubs will be safe. Maua waited for Ashar to walk with her. Well, come on! Mauashouted. Then, she felt the cubs move very much. Her stomach was shifting from side to side. Ashar, the cubs want to talk to you. Maua looked at Ashar. Then, she saw her stomach move again. I see their going to be an active bunch.

Ashur bent down to Maua's stomach. Why hello there,my cubbies! How are you doing? Mom and I can't wait! Calm down a little okay? Ashur smiled at Maua's stomach, then turned to his dad. Father, where is mother? Is she still under the curse? Is she all right? Where is she?!? Ashur's father grunted and looked into his son's eyes. Son, your mom is still under the curse..but you must break it! But not now..Maua looks like she is going to have cubs soon. Wait until after, okay? And with that, Maua, Ashur, and Kikaru (Ashur's dad) went home.

Maua wanted to go back to the cave where Alfajiri and Tero were. Look! I just want to go home to Tero and Alfajiri. And I'm not going to Kikaru's cave. And that's final! Then, Maua ran over to Ashar. Please, I want to go home, and I forgot to tell you, the cubs are due any time now. Then, Maua licked her stomach. I hope they live.

Ashur chuckled. We are going back to the cave were Tero and Alfajiri are! C'mon! The cubs just moved, so I bet they are alright. Ashur led the way to the cave.

Th3ey soon got home. Tero and Alfajiri were finally happy to see them. Maua! Ashar! Tero ran over to them, so did Alfajiri. Soon, Alfajiri felt kicks from her stomach. Grr. Alfajiri, I hope they don't come tonight. I hope so too. then, they nuzzled each other. Then, Maua muzzled Tero. I told Ashar the cubs are due anytime. Well, they will be. Then, they went into the cave to sleep. As they slept, Maua was grunting. Soon, she felt very hard kicks coming from her stomach. Oh no. Ashar! Ashar wake up! The cubs are coming!

It took Ashur a few minutes to wake up. Ashur woke up after Maua's words. Whoa! They are! Ashur nuzzled Maua as the cubs were getting ready to come out. Ashur yelled at Alfajiri and Tero to wake up. Tero! Alfajiri! Quick get up!! Maua is going to have cubs!

Tero soon woke up from yelling. WHAT?! Then, Afajiri woke up. What? Well, someone has to help her! Then, Maua collapsed from the pain. ROAR!!!! Maua was in extreame pain. It's gonna be okay Maua? Well, Ashar! Help her! Yeah! Maua kept roaring in pain. Ashar! HELP ME!!Then, Maua roared loudly, the first cub was coming soon.

Ashur ran over to Maua. The first cub was putting Maua in extreme pain. He then saw the cub's ear. Ashur held Maua's paw.C'mon, Maua! It's almost here! You're doing a great job!

And Maua kept doing it. Until the first cub was born. Maua knew another one was coming, so she licked it, she didn't bother to tell if it was a boy or girl, she just licked it. Tero, look after it, I've got to do some more. Then Maua kept roaring. As Maua roared, she noticed her stomach was getting smaller."That's good". She thought, she waited for Ashar to say something about the other cub.
