Mufasa sighed. "Come on, let's go. It's getting late," he said.

[Maleficent]

Bianca rolled her eyes and got off Taka, flicking her tail in his direction before running after Mufasa.

[KingKovu44]

Mufasa continued to walk, ignoring Bianca and Scar.

[Maleficent]

"Why are you never any fun?" Bianca said, frowning at him. "Ahadi was the same way, you know. Always serious and no fun."

[KingKovu44]

Mufasa looked ahead of him. "I have to be. I will be king one day, and my son will rule after me," he stated.

[Maleficent]

"Your son," Scar almost sneered. "If you don't have a son, I will be next in line."

[KingKovu44]

Mufasa sighed. "I will have a son, and, it turns out, a daughter as well," he said.

[Maleficent]

Bianca frowned, "A daughter? What?"

[KingKovu44]

Mufasa was shocked. "Didn't you hear Rafiki say that I would adopt your daughter?" he said.

[Maleficent]

"That doesn't make her 'your' daughter," Taka snapped. "She won't be your flesh and blood. She'll be your...adopted child. And if I have a say in it, she wouldn't be going anywhere."
