[Closed] Trials in the Pridelands

Simba heard the call and stepped out of the den. "Yes, Kiara, they're out," he said.

Kiara yelped, then ran into the den and next to Vitani and Mheetu. Gazing down at her new cousins. "Wow! They're so small! This one looks like Nana 'Rafi!" Pointing to Saffy. "And this one looks like Aunt 'Tani." Gesturing towards Kamili, "And this one looks like." Pausing and realizing who Bianca looked like. "Zira mixed with Mheetu!" Still smiling, she'll love them equally. "What are their names?" Asking her father, who seemed to appear out of no where.

Vitani smiled, and before Simba could answer she told Kiara. "Kamili, Saffy and Bianca." Pointing at each cub as she said their new names. Their eyes were just starting to open. Bianca has turquoise eyes, Kamili had Auqamarine eyes, and Saffy had her grandmothers eyes. "They're perfect!" Licking Mheetu on the cheek.

Folle stayed in the back, still seeing the cubs. Realizing how much Bianca looked like Zira, and decisively wanted to tell her, but couldn't. Sitting there nervously, she decided to go outside. Instead of getting crazier than she already was.

Sitting there, alone. Hearing the voices in the den, on the plains, and in her head. "Go away, I don't wanna hear you." She whispered to herself. 'But we can't go away, we are you.' The voices heard, "Go away, you're making me crazy." Getting off Priderock and walking all over the plains. 'We make you what we what you to be.' Folle shook her head, "I already know what I want to be, and that's married to Chaka!" Saying to herself, as the animals watched her. 'Yes, you will marry him.' "Then why are you here?" 'To make you kill.' "Go away!" No answer, then 'Kill, Kill, Kill, Kill, Kill, Kill.' Folle sighed, then laid down in attempt to sleep over the voices.

Off in the distance, Anakin finally reached Priderock. "Hello? Hello? Prince Anakin here?" He called out, walking up Priderock.

Simba heard the voice and went down to where it was coming from. "Greetings, Prince Anakin. My daughter is in the den. Just follow me and I'll introduce you to her. However, I do have one warning: my sister just delivered a litter of cubs, so try not to disturb her," he said.

Anakin smiled, "Okay," Saying before entering the den behind Simba. Seeing every one piled near the new babies.

Simba looked at Kiara. "Kiara, your suitor is here," he said proudly.

Kiara smiled, then walked over to Anakin. "Hello, my name is Princess Kiara but you can just call me Kiara." She said smiling, then bowed.

"I'm Prince Anakin, you can call me Anakin." Laughing then bowing as well.

"Father." She whispered, then went to his ear. "Vitani needs to sleep, I think we should leave." Telling her father watching Vitani lazily lick her cubs clean.

Simba nodded. "Very well, everyone. Let's leave and let Vitani and Mheetu rest and enjoy their cubs," he said as he began to head for the den exit.

Chaka shrugged as Ruby stared at Folle oddly, he sighed and turned his head over calmly. "Aunt Vitani is having her cubs Folle, I can just imagine what they will look like, the little buggers," he said remembering the dreadful plan his father had set on them.

Simba looked at Nala. "A new generation has started its path in the circle of life. I'm sure Father and Mother are very happy," he said.

Nala gave Mheetu a hug and nuzzled Vitani as she tended to her cubs, "I will do my rounds and check on you two." she said softly stepping beside Simba and motioning for her cubs to follow her out. She saw the new Prince Anakin and she nodded to him, "Welcome to the Pride lands Anakin, I'm Nala. Queen here." she added before looking back at Simba. A grin crossed her muzzle and she licked his cheek as they walked towards Pride rock, "Yes Simba...the great circle of life has blessed once again. Did you see the second one..? My mother would be so proud." she said with a small tear in her eyes gazing at the blue sky.


Mheetu curled up on the opposite side of Vitani circling the newborns between them, he rested his head on his paws. His mossy green eyes gazed at the cubs and he lifted his head giving them a few licks before gazing over at Vitani, "They are truley beautiful each in their own way Tani." he whispered to his love. There was so much joy built up in his chest he leaned down and nuzzled them before giving Vitani a nuzzle of her own, finally, his family he thought to himself.


Ruby looked to Kopa and nodded as he spoke and she awed at the cubs before Simba sent them away. Her amber eyes gazed at Kopa and she smiled, "Those cubs were adorable.." she whispered as she stepped beside him. She rubbed her body off his as they hopped down the ledges of Pride rock and headed into the Pride lands.
