You have all my support!! And it's great you're going to go see someone!

I know exactly how you feel. In the last few weeks before school ended, I was in your exact position. I was disgnosed with depression that was a bit severe, and anxiety. My doctor referred me to an excellent therapist who I'm actually going to go see tomorrow. (I have to wake up early...Ugh xD ).

EDIT: Had to get rid of some stuff because I can't learn to read all the posts.

Don't worry, I had to do the same thing recently, for an illness I'd rather not disclose here, though a few of my close friends know what it is I'm talking about. :) Trust me, it feels good to get stuff off of your chest. I felt really nervous at first, as it was a new experiance, but once I got there and he was actually asking me more personal things, I felt relieved.

By the way, SG, I often have panic attacks too, it runs in my family. =/

They're bad, but really the trick is to find your happy place as fast as you can. Once you realize your having one, it usually isn't that hard to snap out of.

I know how you feel. I've seen many psychologists through my life.

If there's anything I found out this year it's that you will need a tough love type person to knock some sense into you at some point in your life.
