"But...you can't do this!" Zira sputtered. "I would think you would be revolted by him! You mustn't take him from me. Without him, there is no one left..."

Sarafina replied meanly, "Good, you don't need an 'heir.' Your blood isn't royal."

Simba's eyes narrowed. "I cannot let a cub suffer. That would make me no better than Scar," he said. He then thought about it. "Scar is gone. He robbed me of my cubhood. Thanks to him, I had to eat bugs growing up," he said.

[Maleficent]

"I was queen, that's more than you'll ever be," Zira hissed to Sarafina before turning to Simba and saying, "There is no proof he is suffering. What is to happen to me without him? Haven't you taken enough from me?"

Simba roared. "I was born to be king. It took some convincing, but I returned and claimed my throne. Scar is gone, and I do not know what has become of him, though I'm sure the great kings and queens didn't allow him to stay in their realm," he said.

[Maleficent]

"But Scar was to be king even before you were born!" Zira contradicted. "Scar is dead because of you! He was mauled and eaten alive and I don't even have his ashes thanks to you!"

[Misiziri]

Sarafina defended herself, "Perhaps I wasn't a queen, but at least I'm a good mother who loves her children."

Lighty walked up, face-to-face, to Zira, "Yeah, my mom's not evil like you!"

[Maleficent]

"Oh, and that's the most important thing?" Zira hissed to Sarafina before laughing at Lighty and saying, "You know nothing child."

[Misiziri]

Lighty replied, "Nothing is more than you could ever dream of knowing!"

Sarafina nodded, "Raising a child is more important than just being the King's mating toy."

"Do you see this, Sarafina? Your child has less manners than mine!" Zira pointed out before fixing Sarafina with a murderous glare, "I was not his 'mating toy'! I was much more to him than that! How did you get this idea? ...ah, I know. You must have been some lion's mating toy as you're raising your cubs all alone. I pity you."
