Zira raised her head and looked Sarabi in the eye, daring her to speak aloud what she was thinking.

"Zira,have you had cubs of your own? I'd like to know, since in a way you are related to us." Sarabi asked, her head wanting to know what Zira had in her grasps and her mouth speaking a bit of her mind.

Simba sighed. "I must protect my son. I already lost one family member and I don't intend to lose another," he stated.

[Maleficent]

"I do have cubs," Zira finally admitted, turning to Sarabi. "Two, in fact."

Turning to Simba, she nodded and murmured, "Yes, but perhaps there is the slightest chance that the family member may have deserved his fate..."

Simba roared and looked at Zira, having heard her murmur. "My father did not deserve Scar's treachery!" he said.

"Mufasa did nothing!" Sarabi said before pinning Zira down angerly and growling in her face. "He deserved nothing but love!" She growled.

[Maleficent]

"Treachery? But what if Mufasa was the one to start the so-called 'treachery'?" Zira asked.

Zira bared her teeth in reply to Sarabi and hissed, "And what of my mate? He deserved the same."

Simba was furious. "Say no more about Scar in my presence. I was robbed of my cubhood. I had to eat bugs growing up!" he said.

"He murdered my husband, MY MATE." Sarabi said before pushing herself away from Zira and standing next to Simba. She nuzzled Simba. "Make her leave, she has intentions unknown but I think she is thinking of something, something bad." Sarabi whispered into Simba's ear.

Simba nodded. "Very well. Zira, you are banished," he said.
