Zira tried not to growl at Sarafina as she hissed, "If Scar was still king...oh never mind. What have you been training this young cub to do? She looks like she has been taught to be violent."

Sarafina did not reply, only shot her a mean look. took Nuka by the scruff and commanded Siri to follow her closely as she made her way back up pride rock. She was a muscular lioness, and if Zira was going to pick a fight she'd win.

Zira looked at Sarafina with hatred and stalked after her, hissing, "What do you think you are doing with MY son? He is the only heir and I will not allow you to mess with his unstable mind. Hand him back to me at once!"

Sarafina could spit with anger. She would not be giving a cub back to that wicked mother. She continued onward to Pride Rock, where she would be even safer with Simba's help.

Siri resisted the urge to snort at Zira's 'observation', and more so to roll her eyes. But the half-issued threat was what held her attention. It seemed the Zira missed her power as Queen.

Her clay colored gaze flicked towards Sarafina when the lioness surprisingly picked up the half-grown male, catching the cue to follow. But instead of immediately following, Zira got a long hard stare from the cub - One that seemed to have the mind of an adult in the works, practically already an adolescent mentally. And it was perfectly clear that Siri would stick up for her friend any way she could.

Only once the point was made did Siri turn and follow, but at a measured pace rather than scampering off like a scared child. Her ears twitching mildly at Zira's shouting, although this time she did snort when the lioness called Nuka unstable.

Zira crept forwards and took a leap over Sarafina's head to land right in front of her. She tilted her head at Sarafina and asked, "Where do you think you're going? You must need great and powerful Simba's help. Are you too scared to talk to me face to face?"

Sarafina had quite the temper. She whacked zira across the cheek, claws outstretched, and Zira hurtled to the ground.

"Outlanders!" she yelled, biased, "You don't know proper manners. What did your mother teach you?" she spitefully teased.

Zira smacked the ground with a thud and immediately got up, eyes lit up and prepared for a fight, asking "Proper manners? Who are you to tell me about proper manners? I was Queen! You are nothing. What has YOUR mother taught YOU as you go around stealing other lioness' cubs?"

Siri sat down with a sigh as the two of them scuffled, shaking her head. Were they really batting rude comments back and forth like a cub half her age? It really was quite sad, especially for a former Queen to do so.

Sarafina scoffed, "Queen to a pathetic excuse for a king."
