[Closed] Trials in the Pridelands

Mheetu's ears fell back, "Well why cant I if Simba can be?" he said a bit puzzled. He looked to Nala and then back to Vitani, "Thats not fair.." he muttered looking back down at his paws.


Nala looked to Vitani, "Just keep breathing..." she said softly and then turned to Mheetu. "Well I don't see why you couldnt stay..? I mean Simba was with me the whole time. As you should be to Mheetu, when your cubs are born to give names." she said side glancing at Simba.


Ruby smiled and slowly walked alongside Kopa, "So are you excited to be future King?" she asked looking up at him. He was handsome and he looked like his dad, she smirked slightly. "My brother is going to be King, so I was just in the background more or less. When my father heard word of you guys looking for mates he encouraged me to come meet you. Maybe find a spot for myself in your Pride...its beautiful here.." she said stepping closer to Kopa, her small body bumped into his. She smiled and kept walking.

Vitani smiled, "Mother always told me the father couldn't be there, but Mheetu can be there because I want him there." Smiling, she turned to Simba. "You can both be there, even you Nala." Looking at her family, which will soon have new members. "I just hope the best of this all." Saying again, looking at her swelled stomach. She looked like she could pop any second, and hoped she wasn't wrong on her time.

Kopa smiled, "I'd love to be king, I just hope I'm best for the Pridelands." Smirking, looking at what he would soon own. "My sister and brother will be my helpers, unless they leave the Pridelands. That is." Hoping his siblings wouldn't leave him on his own. Feeling her touch, he blushed. "I think you'll be great for the Pridelands" Looking at the beautiful lioness before him.

Simba nodded. "Very well. As of today, a royal lioness is allowed to choose whoever she wants present at the delivery of her cubs," he decreed, smiling at Vitani after he finished speaking.

"Oh! Yes, I'm coming," said Kovu, catching up to the orange lioness. "So what do you have in mind?"

OOC: Kiara isn't orange, she looks more like Nala in this :3

Kiara smiled, "Just thinking of what my suitor will look like." Answering, picturing Kovu in her mind but then another lion who is trying to win her heart. Just a black figure, who's heart is yearning for her but won't get her.

Vitani smiled, "Thank you, my brother. Yet, I don't think I'll have your cubs in here. If they see, they won't want cubs." Smirking, then smiling widely at her joke.

Simba laughed. "I understand. I can see them getting disgusted at the thought of what will happen," he said. He then looked at Mheetu. "Mheetu, do you want me to explain everything about this to you?" he asked.

"Oh. I mean, where are we going?" He did wonder, though, what she was looking for in a mate. He made a mental note to ask.

Mheetu nuzzled Vitani's neck fur and chuckled at her joke, he then heard Simba speak. His green eyes lifted, "Ehh....alright I guess." he said rubbing the back of his head with his paw, unsure if he really wanted details.


Nala laid to her belly in the den and watched the younger adolescents scatter about, she turned her attention back to Simba. "OH Simba...don't gross out Mheetu.." she said chuckling lightly.


Ruby blushed slightly and her amber eyes gazed up at Kopa, "I think you will be a great King Kopa." she said softly. "It's good you're close with your family and they have jobs to help you. My father was all...'Leon is King' you are just another lioness now." she said a bit hesitant. As they approached the watering hole she stepped towards the ledge and took a cool drink, it was refreshing. Her amber eyes looked over at Kopa once more, "Your mother and father are running a very big Pride too, there are so many of you guys."

Simba smiled. "Don't worry, Nala. I won't," he said. He then motioned for Mheetu to follow him. Once they were out of the den, Simba began to explain everything to his brother-in-law. "That's everything," he said upon finishing.

Vitani looked to Simba, then Mheetu. "Don't gross him out I want him to be there!" Yelling jokingly towards her brother who was explaining childbirth to her mate.

Kopa smiled, then toke a drink of his own. "Yeah, seems that everybody wants to live in the Pridelands. It's so beautiful here." Looking up at his new soon-to-be mate. She was gorgeous, and seemed to be really smart.
