When Delano woke up again, he saw that it was still dark. Instinctively, he looked around for his parents, but didn't see them. Instead he saw Muroki, still asleep, along with Kasi and his parents. He let out a sigh of sadness and simply lay there. He tried to go back to sleep, but didn't feel his previous fatigue. So instead, he settled for simply lying in the den, waiting for the morning to come.

Suddenly a whisper was heard, "Everyone's sleeping already, let's just sleep by the entrance so we don't wake anyone up by walking inside."

Delano's ears perked up when he heard voices coming from the outside. Not knowing what to do about them, he hobbled over to Kasi and prodded him awake. "Kasi! Hey, Kasi! There's someone outside!" Delano whispered.

Kasi groaned when Delano woke him up. "What's wrong Delano?" He muttered sleepily. "Alright alright! Ill go investigate it. Just go back to sleep." He told his cousin. The last thing he needed to care of was a sleep-deprived depressed cousin. He crawled outside and was stunned to see two young lionesses outside. "May I help you?" He asked, wondering what they could be doing so late at night.

(I had another idea to bring them in, but this works just as well. Also sorry for taking long - I thought I was waiting for you. XD)

Lina raised an eyebrow upon hearing voices inside the den. She hoped that they didn't wake anybody up or that at least they wouldn't be too upset. She gulped upon seeing a figure approach them, but chuckled as she recognized Kasi's voice. "Kasi, it's us." she whispered. It was too dark for either of them to recognize the other just by looking.

Kisa's eyes widened. "Umeme? Lina? What re you two doing here at this time?" He asked. "Can't you stop by in the morning? You know, when we are awake?" He didn't want to sound rude, but he didn't feel like thinking too hard to not sound agitated. He wanted to sleep, not talk. "Listen, if it's not anything important, can you drop by in the morning? I'm trying to sleep." He said and turned to go back into the den.

Lain was confused, "I'm sorry we woke you up, but we kind of live here too remember?" she went ahead and lay down inside but right by the entrance so that she wouldn't risk waking anyone up by walking to her usual spot.

"Yeah, I know that," Kasi complained, "But why did you have to come over at this time, in the middle of the night?" He sighed. "I don't want to kick you out forcibly, but I really want to sleep, so if you have anything to say, say it now." he told them. "Otherwise, goodnight."

Lina frowned, "We were out, and we came back now." even though Kasi couldn't see, she rolled her eyes, "I don't know why you're that cranky that you suddenly think you can kick somebody out, but I'm not going to ask, I'm also tired." she stopped whispering and put her head down on her paws before closing her eyes. She was too tired to try to figure out what was bothering her friend at the moment.

Kasi sighed, knowing that he messed it up. "Okay, fine. It's just that yesterday my cousins came over. And they don't know you guys yet." He explained. "They mind find it weird to see two lionesses in the den that weren't there the day before."

Umeme chuckled. "We'll just tell them who we are in the morning." She said. "What, they're not used to den-mates? You know we live here." Then she also lay down.

Kasi shook his head and walked back into the den and lay down next to his cousins. Hopefully, he will be able to wake up before them so that he can explain everything to them.
