Ahadi and Uru's Story (Private, KK44 and FlamingBee)

She shook her head; "We'll probably run into it when we set off again; nothing dangerous yet." Uru didn't know how wrong she was....

Kiya shuffled round the make-shift base Choyo had found fo the pride, checking all the lionesses were fed and accounted for; she finally came to sit by her mate. "All here, my love."

Choyo smiled. "Excellent, Kiya. The Pridelanders will never see us coming," he said.

"Precisely. We rest for tonight, and tomorrow we make our move...." She got that flash in her eyes again and ran her tail tuft down the base of his tail.

Choyo smiled playfully. "I am ready to be king," he said.

[FlamingBee]

"But you are, in essence a dead end... We have lost our heir, or that excuse of a daughter... What do we do it about that?" She had left the other stuff or a more serious flaw in the plan

Choyo thought about it. "We could always take a worthy cub from its mother, or, with your permission, use a young lioness to produce a cub for us," he said.

She drew back immerdiately from him; he couldn't mean what she thought. She asked the obvious. "What do you mean by that?"

Choyo recognized what she was saying. "Very well, we'll take a worthy cub from it's mother," he said.

She shook; "No, no I get it now! Kiya's no longer enough for the mighty king!" She spat the words at him.

Choyo sneered. "I never said that. I just need a new heir to replace Uru. You are first in my heart," he said.
