Ahadi and Uru's Story (Private, KK44 and FlamingBee)

Ahadi sighed. "It's fine, Princess. It's in the past. I know she would want me to move on and be happy. She's smiling down on me from the realm of the great kings and queens of the past," he said.

"You can call me Johari, you know," She smiled; "So there's no other lionesses round they could've betrothed you to?"

Ahadi shook his head. "Not at the time, Johari. The only other cubs were my three male friends," he said.

"I see," She took a mouthful of the wildebeest, chewing delicately.

Ahadi smiled, remembering his three friends. "They've since gone on to become rogues. I hope to see them again one day," he said.

"They don't have pride of their own? The males in my pride take a female with them when they're told to leave..." Johari wanted to learn the Pridelands traditions.

Ahadi shook his head. "In our pride, rogues usually go out and try to woo an eligible lioness. It's up to her if she allows the male to be her mate," he explained.

"I see... Strange how traditions change through the prides."

Ahadi nodded. "That's what makes this world unique," he said.
