It's really no problem at all! Your picture doesn't look like it was directly traced from mine and I don't mind people referencing from my pics. It would be nice to get a little credit for where you got the idea from though. <3
I do draw all my pictures on the computer though. I use Photoshop Elements 5.0 and a 9x12" tablet for almost everything I do.
