Yet she still remained intent on staying hidden; she was too swift for him to find her, and could easily get away if she wanted. He'd give up soon. At least she hoped...

Ahadi returned to Pride Rock. However, he chose to lay just outside the den rather than entering it. He didn't feel like seeing his parents at the moment.
