Simba smiled. "No, Vitani. I know you would never endanger your cubs. On my end, I'll try to be the best uncle I can be. I promise not to plot against them like Scar did me," he declared, laughing slightly at the end.

Nala leaned in and nuzzled Simba's fluffy red mane, "Simba has a point Tani', plus as the weeks continue you will get bigger." she said teasing lightly. Nala pulled Vitani in and hugged her, "I'm just playing, you will be a great mother. I'm happy for the both of you." she added stepping back and nodding to Mheetu.

Mheetu hugged Tani' and then set her down gently, "I'm so happy, I love you so much." he said softly. He smiled at his sister's comment, "Now you get to babysit.." he said with a grin.

Dyanna smiled and then frowned slightly, she had many things on her mind lately. She still joined in the the other Pride and celebrated, she looked back at Kiara. "I can't believe it, there will be cubs younger then us!"

Monstro looked at Zira, "Let her rest a bit..." he muttered turning away to step outside and think. He paced back and forth in a line and waited for Zira to join him outside.

Vitani's face brightened at her family's comments, "Thank you Nala. You're going to be an awesome Aunt!" Replying to Nala, then turning to Mheetu. "I love you too, you're going to be an amazing father!" She couldn't wait to see Mheetu put into father-mode! Then to Dyanna, "You'll be able to babysit and play with cubbies and learn what their like, even before you have your own!" Looking down and Dyanna and the many stresses in her eyes, something was wrong.

Her stomach had been growing bigger than it would have if it was just one single cub, Vitani knew it was possible two cubs. Yet, she couldn't tell. Not until she grew a little bigger.

Kovu looked up at his father. "Hey, Dad," he asked, "I think I'm ready for... real training. Like, fight-to-the-death training. To kill Simba?"

Nala smiled and nodded, "My cubs are growing up so fast, it seems like only yesterday I had to chase them down through the savannah." she said with a bit of sadness in her voice. She gave Simba another nuzzle and looked at Kiara, "We are going to have fun with the new cubbies." she said winking.

Mheetu nuzzled Vitani once more, his heart was racing so fast he could feel it almost beat out of his chest. He wondered if anyone could see just how excited he was and he stood right beside his mate. Now that she was expecting he'd make sure she took it easy and he'd bring her lots of meat every night and now they could pick out names. He smiled and nodded to his family once more, "This is a good announcement.." he whispered.

Dyanna frowned and tears filled her eyes a bit, she blinked them back from her baby blues. She was finally at that age that she could travel and she wanted to go back to the jungle. She took a step forward, "I..i have an announcement too.." she said looking at her family who she cared for deeply. "I've decided its time for me to head back to the jungle...I need to go back. You see i've been having these weird nightmare lately...I need to see my sister." she confessed.

Monstro looked down at Kovu and smiled, "Then let us begin my son." he said softly. He took a step outside the den and into a open area, he faced Kovu. "Now your first thing to learn is how to attack properly and to also go for the major bleeding spots." he said instructing him. Using his claw he pointed to his throat, his stomach & face. "Or if you go for the legs you can hurt your victim so they can't escape." he added.

Simba chuckled at Nala's comment, and then looked at Dyanna. "Very well, Dyanna. Remember that you always have friends and a home here. We'll always remember you," he stated.

Vitani smiled, "I keep wondering about the genders. I hope there is at least one girl I can teach!" Laughing, then Dyanna made her announcement. "What... really?" She asked with a frown. "Very well, tell everyone I said Hello, and tell them if they would like. They can come visit!" Vitani had sadness in her voice, Dyanna had grown on her. The adolescent was like a little sister to her.

Kiara started to cry, "What? Really?!" She ran up and hugged her best friend, never wanting to let go. yet, she had to, Dyanna had been having strange dreams about going back, and she just had to leave. "I'll come visit every summer. I'll possibly even send Zazu to send you messages!" Ever since Dyanna arrived, her and Kiara wouldn't let each other go, but now was the breaking point.

Simba looked at his daughter. "All right, Kiara, it's time to let go. You have other things to worry about, such as learning to hunt," he stated.

Nala leaned down and licked Dyanna's cheek, "Very well, be careful you know." she whispered. She nudged Simba with her muzzle, "Lets let Kiara and Dyanna say goodbye." she said softly stepping alongside Simba.

Mheetu gave Dyanna a small nuzzle and he stepped beside Vitani, he nodded at Nala's words. He walked with his mate close behind Simba and Nala, "I hope there's a boy in there!" he said referring to Vitani's belly.

Dyanna cried a little as Kiara hugged her and she stood in front of her best Friend, "I won't forget you, I promise I'll come and visit." she said softly her bright blue eyes looking at her paws then up at Kiara. She hugged her best friend one last time, "I hope you marry the lion of your dreams and have beautiful cubs." she added.

Vitani laughed, and walked a little slower. Walking was getting painful, unless it was slow. "I do to, a little Mheetu running around would be nice." She said, looking at Mheetu with her large purple eyes.

Kiara still cried, "I hope the same for you." Pausing and taking in a deep breath. "Best friends forever." Saying what they said the day Sarafina died. Hoping Dyanna would remember.
