[O,O. Oh. My God. I'm just thinking Family Guy while I read this LOL. WHERES MY MONEY -kick kick- WHERES MY MONEY -hits with towel hanger-]
The broken male, cackled as he hissed in pain. It hurt to breath, and he could feel his vision blurring. He knew he wasn't going to die, but to be under this female's control. It was more agonizing then death. Having her nip his nose made him cackle. Was he ever this broken before? He had sustained a great deal of injuries in his past. Though none as great as this. The funniest part is, she still spared him. "You remind me of my mother. Giving me no options. Breaking me apart." He commented in a quiet tone. His grin had long faded. He reached out with his one good paw and placed it under Vitani's chin.
"I will obey. Though never think I am your ally. My life was in your hands, and you spared me. By a twisted work of fate, I feel intrigued by you. Though never forget, the paw that gently caresses your chin..." Baya growled as he unsheathed his claws and dug into Vitani's chin. "Also has claws..." Baya warned as a grin grew on his muzzle again. His eyes grew droopy at his loss of blood and the pain from his limbs and ribs were too excruciating to bear. With one last cackle, the rogue's paw fell to the floor from Vitani's chin. He was unconscious.

"Kovu, she's been away for awhile. It's almost sun-down...Don't you think you should go look for her?" Kiara said as she sat with her mate in the den. The cub that was brought to the den was cuddling into Kiara's side for the warmth. Kiara had already given it a bath, and discovered it was a boy. She felt a bit of an attachment to the young thing, having no family or comfort. She felt like he would've become something awful if he was just left there by himself.
Kovu was looking at the entrance of the den with great concentration. He was hoping Vitani would just walk in through there already. He needed to know his sister and captain was ok. "Kovu. He's crying..." Kiara murmured quietly as she gently ran her paw over the cub's shaking head. His tears spilled on her fur.
"Must be thinking of his family...or his situation." Kovu said with a sigh as he too gently placed his paw on the cub's head. Soon, the cub stopped crying and was back to sleep. It was an odd sight if any.
"If the mother doesn't show up...would you want to keep him Kovu? He could be ours." Kiara said quietly, looking at the sleeping ball of fur digging into her side. A smile grew on her face. Kovu looked down for a moment, not knowing how he felt about it. It would never be his son. Though he felt very sorry for the poor thing. He seemed to make Kiara happy too.
"Of course Kiara. He'll be ours." Kovu said with a weak smile.
