"How can she be in the realms of Kings and Queens if she wasn't either?" Uru didn't understand how these prideland lions didn't think through such things.

Ahadi just shifted into a more comfortable position. "You see, the realm of the kings and queens is where all individuals who live the right life go. It is presided over by the great kings and queens, but a leader, or other individual, who has done evil will be cast into a realm of torment called Chaos," he said.

"What if your not a pridelander?" Uru wasn't sure why she'd asked this, or why she felt slightly panicked.

Ahadi shrugged. "It's not limited by your pride or even species. The great kings and queens make no distinctions of that sort," he stated.

"Right..." She still wasn't sure she believed in this stuff. "Why are you telling me all this anyway?"

Ahadi sighed. "Because I'm trying to control my weakness for attractive lionesses, just as my parents asked me to," he said.

"No fear then, just this dark little desert lioness to tempt you here" She flicked her tail around jokingly.

Ahadi laughed. "You never did tell me your name. I want to know," he said.

"I dunno, I might need to keep my secret identity," Uru said it in a joking manner, but in all truth she didn't think the Prince would be over-joyed to realise she was the daughter of the rogue pride leader and his mate.

Ahadi smiled at her. "You don't have to tell me your whole life story. I just wanted to know your name," he said.
