Mira nodded during Ash's part of the conversation. "Well, with Sonic's entry parade, he showed up in Sally's hometown of Mobotropolis with all of his royal treasures and servants. I remember it well: 75 golden Kudu, 53 purple Hornbills, 95 white Persian monkeys, gold and jewels...you name it," she said.

"Wow." Ash replied simply. "That's amazing. When we send our heirs to the throne out they leave with nothing but the fur on their body, it's a test of will, strength, and many other things. One day one of my pups will make a good alpha." Ash said comparing the two ceremonies. "Felix." Ash called. She turned around and walked towards him, his face was still very sad and his ears and tail still were they were before, "Yes, Mother?" Felix said looking up with a tear rolling down his furry cheek.
"Felix, you probably feel like we are disappointed in you, you might feel that the whole pack is staring at you and they don't trust you anymore." She started this was sounding like a punishment for Felix, she continued, "But we aren't disappointed in you neither is the pack staring at you. If you don't feel you are ready to become Alpha, then so be it, we love you no matter what. So maybe you can become a high rank but just not one that strong," She tapped her son with her paw, "Maybe a great Beta." She nuzzled Felix leaning down to do so. "Now why don't you go play with your sister." She said nudging him towards her and the rest of the pack.

Mira was shocked. "Why is the pack disappointed in him?" she asked.

"They aren't going to be once a say something to them, stick around." Ash replied then howled gently so the pack knew she was about to speak. "Alright I know some of you might feel disappointed in Felix here. But look, he had the courage to tell us, all of us, not just Sakima or I. He is a brave young wolf and one day will make a amazing member to the pack. One day he will go through the initiation and he will become an Alpha or Beta. So Felix we are not disappointed in you we are supportive of you." Ash said looking around at each pack member.

Mira smiled and stepped forward. "You have my support too," the leopardess stated.

Felix smiled and started to cry out of joy. "See even people outside of our pack support you. Don't worry Felix no matter what your father, sister and your beautiful mother love you." Ash joked saying beautiful to be braggy. "Hey I'm beautiful too." Akila said before tackling her brother and licking his face. "Okay, Okay I get it Akila, ya love me." Felix said wiping his face with his paw.

Just then, Sonic entered. "Sally's resting with Simba, so I have a chance to hang out. Anyway, so far no sign of Robotnik or anyone else. So far, so good," he said.

"Great. If you ever need some patrolmen I've got 4 of 'em." Ash replied. "So hows Simba?" She asked.

Sonic smiled. "He's great. By the way, if anyone's wondering about his name, it's a word that means 'lion'," he said.

"Cool." Ash replied. "So why Simba, you hedgehogs do look like lions with the spiky hair though." Ash said.
