Vitani smiled, the two were walking behind Simba and Nala. "They would be nice, but where would we. Um. Start?" She asked, nuzzling her mate to hide her pure red cheeks.

Kiara went closer to Dyanna. "But I like him." She whispered quietly so Kovu couldn't hear her. Smiling, she winked at Dyanna and kept walking.

Simba looked over at Vitani. "What do you mean 'Where would we start?'," he asked. He was curious to find out what she meant so that he could help her in any way he could.

"Hey. Kiara! Pssst! Kiara, I have to go. I know you won't tell your parents I'm here, but I can't trust the boys. Is there any chance we can meet again?" He was not referring to Kiara. He wanted to see Dyanna again.

OOC: Kovu will still fall in love with Kiara, though. I have yet to figure out how...

Mheetu's cheeks blushed slightly as he heard Simba's words, "Not you Simba. Vitani and I are referring to making our own family." he said with a chuckle. Looking to Simba Mheetu spoke, "The cubs have grown up quickly. They are all very smart." he said softly thinking a moment. "How is..Chaka dealing with Kopa being King?" he asked curiously.


Nala looked to Mheetu, "Hes doing fine...we can't all run away from our home." she said in a soft tone that ended sourly. Her ears flattened back slightly, "Our cubs know Kopa is heir and they respect that. Kiara and Chaka have accepted it quite well..right Simba?"


Dyanna looked at Kiara, "Well if you say so.." she muttered. Reclining to her hinds near Kovu and Kiara Dyanna kept watch, she sighed softly seeing Mheetu and Vitani made her wonder how the others were doing.

Simba sighed. "You know, Mheetu, I still remember when you were the little cub who was always tagging along after me and always wanted to go on patrol with me," he said with a laugh. Then, another memory arose. "I also remember when you thought me being in love with Nala was gross," he added.

Mheetu looked over at Simba and nodded, "I was young and I had to find out where I belonged. Its no fun living in the shadow of my sister whos the Queen. When I was a cub Simba, I wanted to be just like you. I looked up to you.." he said softly. He turned to Vitani and gave her a nuzzle, "I'm going to visit with my mom some more, I have a few things to say." he muttered before leaping back up Pride rock. Stepping quietly into Sarafina's den he smiled, "Hey mom.."


Sarafina's ears perked forward first and then her green eyes opened slowly, "Mheetu, how are you doing? Did you see the cubs? Beautiful arent they...?" she said smiling. She gave him a lick on his cheek before resting her head back down, "Whats troubling you son?" she asked curiously.

Mheetu frowned, "Nothing, I mean..is everyone still upset I left? I came back doesnt that count for something? Yes, I saw the cubs. They are definitely Nala and Simbas cubs alright." he chuckled.

Sarafina sighed, "Your sister was very hurt you left dear...she was very hurt." she said softly looking up at Mheetu. "But you are back, give it some time. She will warm up to you again. How are things with Vitani?" she wondered.

Nala's eyes narrowed at Mheetu but before she could fire a shot back he was gone, she looked to Simba sadly. "I guess I was rather hard on him...I'm sorry." she mumbled. Looking at Vitani Nala spoke, "How did you decide Mheetu was the one for you...?"

Dyanna followed behind Kiara, "Where are we going?" she questioned softly.

Simba continued talking with Mheetu. "No, Mheetu, I'm not upset with you for leaving. It happens sometimes," he said. He sighed. "I just wonder what happened to the prince that Vitani was supposed to marry," he added.

Chaka noticed that his sister and Dyanna were talking...to the bush? What the--? he thought. Then he saw a cream brown muzzle. It's that Kovu guy! he snarled at the realization. What was he doing here? Much less talking with pridelanders? Walking slowly behind the bush, he decided to scare the creeps out of Kovu from behind, unnoticed. Lowering his body and stalking silently, Chaka made sure he didn't step on any branch or fallen leaves.

Suddenly, Simba's attention turned to Chaka. "What is it, Chaka?" he asked.

He stopped in his tracks a feeling a bit busted. Raisisng a claw to his lips, the cub motioned for Simba to be quiet, and then winked.
