Shujaa looked at Kiara and smiled. "It's called old age, Kiara. It happens to all of us," he said to his granddaughter, repeating what he told Kopa. He never broke eye contact with her. "It is a natural part of life," he added.

"I can, and will!" he strolling over to his brother with a carefree expression and suddenly swiped at Kopa's legs and pushed him to the side, sending Kopa tumbling over. "Well, you asked for it..." he chuckled.

Kopa grunted as he hit the ground, but he grinned up at his brother in good sport. "Nice one!" he complimented, "but can you take this?" He got up slid through Chaka's front paws, then rearing up on his hind legs to push him over.

Nala nuzzled Simba's mane and frowned, she was rather upset at her mother's slowness. "My sleep was ok. My mom Simba, I don't know how much longer she'll be here.." she whispered softly. She watched the boys fight, "Play nice!" she called out to Chaka and Kopa. She looked down at Dyanna, "They play rather rough dear, but you can watch." she said with a half smile.

Dyanna's bright blue eyes flickered back and forth as Chaka and Kopa practiced, "I want to practice too.." she said outloud. She looked up at Simba and Nala, "Ive practiced before with my sister...." she said with a grin and a flicker of excitement passed through her eyes watching the boys.

Sarafina reached out her neck slowly and nuzzled Kiara licking her cheek, "My little princess, your grandma is getting very old." she said softly before laying next to Shujaa. She nuzzled his neck fur and let out a sigh, she could feel the small movements rattle her bones. "Go out and play Kiara, its a beautiful day...we'll be fine." she spoke softly. Her green eyes still had a flicker of happiness in them as she looked down at her lovely granddaughter.

Simba smiled. "Very well, Dyanna. If you think you can keep up with my sons, go ahead and play," he said. He then looked at Kopa and Chaka. "Don't play too rough with her," he stated.

He groaned as he was senting flying once more. This time he landed flat on his belly. "No offense, but that was a bit funny." Chaka laughed. He turned turned his head over at Simba and Dyanna, noticing how gleefully she trotted over. Getting up quickly he sharply turned his head over at Kopa with a molested face.

Simba looked at the cubs. "All right, let's keep practicing," he said.

"What?" Kopa protested, noticing the look Chaka was giving him before realization set in. "Chaka likes Dyanna!" he called out, prancing around.

"What?!" he shouted in a hoarse voice that didn't sound his age. "How dare you! I never gave a clue of this and I don't! You apparently didn't know that my reaction was directed at her!" This time Chaka bared his claw and fangs, engaging in a pouncing position.

Kiara sat, "I'm not leaving, I don't want to lose another Grandparent when I am not in the room." She stated. "I'll stay." She added, nodding her head once in approval. Now that she was not a cub, she wanted to be there when somebody was ill. Yet, she still refused to believe Sarafina was dying. No, she wasn't. She was just getting old. No worries Kiara. She thought, to stop the tears from forming.
