I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have to pay anything to have an actual feral cat put down..but gosh, that does sound a bit far. Poor kitty

*Shrugs* Well, at least they care... My mother usually doesn't let me feed feral cats, and even she started feeding her after seeing her condition 
It looks like her back legs are slightly broken or something, probably another careless driver.. :C Life's too cruel to animals >_<
