The Great Plague

Soon enough, the ground began to slope back downward. "Not too far now," Jasiri said excitedly. "We're almost to the Mountain pride."

Simba trotted beside Nala and when she nodded, Simba turned his face towards Waterhole. As they arrived to edge of the Waterhole, Simba bent down to have a drink. The water was very clear and reviving. During the drinking his mane came wet a little. After that a naugty thing came to his mind. He looked towards Nala as he pulled up his left eyebrow and smiled naughtly. Then he moved back a little, after that he made the run and jumped into the water. A few minutes later he appeared from underneath the water, clasping Nala he pulled her playfully into the water.

Jato was still sitting on the ledge, immersed of memories of Chumvi. His eyes narrowed as he beheld Simba playing in the waterhole like a cub. "What a great king," he muttered. "Scaring the other animals away from water. He is no better than Bomo from Rafiki's story." He shook his head and carefully made his way down the rocks. He leaped off the last one and landed gracefully on his feet. "I'm going hunting," he called to the lionesses. Having gotten no response, he continued on his way. He passed Simba and Nala and ignored them, as usual. After all, if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. He walked and walked for the better part of the morning until he reached the borders of the Pridelanders where mountains loomed in the distance. He tilted his head, having never noticed them before.

(Hey, Nitro, the Bambi rp is up, by the way)

Jasiri leaped over a rock, collapsing straight into a lioness, who jumped up snarling. Her fur was fit for the mountains, her muscles hard and feirce. "Who are you?" she snarled. "What are you doing here?"
"Uh, er, we just want safe passage to the pridelands!" Jasiri spluttered. The snarling stopped.
"Is that all?"
"Yah..."

Nala felt the paws grab her and she tumbled headfirst into the water. Struggling frantically, she surfaced and gasped. "Simba!" She squealed sternly, eyes narrowed in a playful snarl. She splashed over to the bank, and pulled her drenched body up. Shivering, she gazed down at Simba, who was grinning innocently. Nala shook her pelt, getting rid of most of the water, and began to groom herself.

Jioni pattered through the snow, already sensing the change in altitude. Patches of grass had appeared, as the temperature rose. Jioni could see the group ahead, and he sped up. His curiousity told him to go nearer, but his shyness won over and he stayed his distance. He knew where they were going, and it seemed the Pridelands called him as well.

The lioness stared at Jasiri. "Fine. Come on then," she turned. "I'm going to have to take you to my pride."
"Me and my friends," he said. "All of us."

[Simba3]

Simba appeared from underneath the water as Nala went out to the bank. He followed Nala and he pulled himself out. He and his mane was pouring wet; his mane don't looked rich now, it clung to his face following his face's line. He smiled at Nala "Don't worry, darling. It was a joke" Then he shook his coat and his mane. "Well, if we were talking about the good old days, I have thought that I play a joke on you, like in Hakuna Matata" He said as he smiled.

Nala smirked lightly. "I appreciate it." She laughed softly, gazing at Simba. "Those were the days." She sighed, eyes traveling aroud the Waterhole, lost in memories. Her green eyes closed, and she perked her ears. "Gazelle." She commented, opening her eyes again and spotting the tiny deer far off. With a serious glance at Simba, she rose to her paws. "Hunting?" She asked, nodding towards the gazelle grazing in the distance.

Eventually, the lioness led Jasiri and the others to a large group. Clearly this was the Pride of the Mountains.

Simba smiled at Nala gazing her beatuiful eyes. When Nala beheld the gazelles, he smelt at the air and he felt it so, his appetite arrived. He turned his look whither Nala nodded beholding these little animals. "Okay. Let's go to hunt" He said as he made a move in that direction where the gazellas were.
