Ash crouched down a little and crawled towards the figure and it ran towards them. "Ok this is not a friendly critter." Ash said before pouncing on it and taking it to the ground.

Cheng recognized the critter. "It's some sort of new Kremling," he said.

Ash snarled at the creature and dug her claws into it's chest and bit down on it's neck.

Cheng turned away as the creature died. Once it was dead, he looked back. "Uh, thanks," he said.

Ash shrugged her shoulders and walked behind the group once again.

Cheng led them on. Finally, Gloomy Gulch ended. "Thank you," he said to himself. Soon, a castle-like structure began to appear. "That must be K. Rool's lair," he said.

"Whoa what a castle." Ash said dropping her jaw at it. "This place is so cool. But there are kremlings all around it! We don't stand a chance." Ash said seeing all the big kremlings

Cheng smiled. "Once, when they were young, my parents-in-law entered the guarded home of Tai Lung. We can do the same," he said.

"All right as long as you think so I'm up for it!" Ash said pumped up. "Ok so how do we get in? I see a window we can probably get through but we have to swim through that greenish water and climb up a wall. I don't know if the deer could do it." she said.

Cheng knew she was right. "Perhaps we can find another way in," he said.
