Ok, I'm teaching myself to draw animals. Here are two of my first drawn images. No bashing or flaming please.

A lioness:



A lion cub with a mane that he isn't supposed to have at his age:




Again, I am still learning, so no bashing or flaming.

Cute! The thing I noticed was that you did the muzzles really well. That's hard for me.

Thanks. That means a lot to me. It encourages me to continue drawing and improving. The cub sort of reminds me of cub Simba during "I Just Can't Wait To Be King".

Yeah! You're right. Do you do other art? The lioness's eyes look anime-ish.

Well, I primarily do animal art. I haven't been able to practice lately though.

Hopefully, one day, I'll be able to draw better lions as well as other animals.

You really have the shapes and muzzles down so when you have time this is a great start to drawing lion king:
