"Ah, prey time," Hamet replied. "I'm sure the other lionesses are waiting for you," he added.

Saba said, "Oh, me? I'm not in the group. I haven't gone on my first hunt yet."

"All right. Perhaps you will go with them soon," Hamet said as he readied himself to return to Pride Rock. "Would you like me to teach you a bit of hunting?" he asked.

Saba smiled, "I thought you're not a hunter." she said, "I'd love to!"

Hamet laughed. "It would be better to say that I haven't hunted lately," he said. He then turned to the lesson. "First, we'll go over approaching prey," he said.

Saba nodded, "Okay." she smiled. Her parents had already gone through that with her and were already done preparing her for her first hunt, but she didn't mind. She really enjoyed spending time with Hamet, even if they were about to practice something she already knew.

And so, Hamet began the lesson. They practiced until they were tired. Finally, Hamet decided to take the princess back home. Just as they arrived, the queen and the hunting party had just arrived as well.

Saba noticed that the hunting party was also just ariving. However she was too focused on Hamet and decided she'd greet her mother once the party arrived back to the den. "How did I do?" she asked, looking at Hamet with a smile.

Hamet tried not to make his newfound love for Saba too obvious. "You did well," he said.

Saba giggled. "How wouldn't I? You're such a great teacher." once the hunting party was getting close she also avoided making anything too obvious. Meanwhile, by the waterhole, Ophelia noticed it was almost evening and started heading back towards Pride Rock.
