She paused and glanced over at Kovu and back at Simba and Eden.

"Do you think he'll be okay" asked Vitani.

Zira nodded to Scar. So with or without Kovu it wouldn't ruin their plans.

Simba began the walk to the treasure chamber, Vitani and Eden in tow. Soon, they were there. Simba used the key that his father had given him to undo the lock. Next, some servants removed the large bronze bolt that kept the large cedar doors shut. The doors opened, and Simba, Eden and Vitani entered the treasure chamber. Simba's eyes grew wide at the great piles of treasure: gold, silver, precious gems and more. The prince could see that it was the same for Eden and Vitani.

"Wow. I knew it was big but not this big. You could fit a whole village in here." said Vitani.

She looked around in awe before turning her attention back to Simba.

"Any idea what you're going to get her?" asked Vitani.

"I don't know, Vitani. I'm going to look now," Simba replied. His search then began. As he looked around, he suddenly heard a flapping sound behind him. He looked up. Not seeing anyone, he went back to his search. Moments later, he heard the flapping sound again. He turned quickly. What he saw surprised him: it was a purple, blue and gold carpet. However, what shocked him was that it was moving and hovering above the ground on its own. “A flying carpet. I thought these were only a myth,” Simba said. The prince looked on in amazement as he figured out that the carpet could understand his words. “Hey, I’m looking for something valuable. Do you think you can help me?” he asked. The carpet took off, and Simba followed. Soon, Simba stood before a pedestal that had a golden oil lamp. Simba just looked at it, disappointed. “This is valuable? It’s just a piece of junk!” he said. The carpet merely pointed at the lamp with one of its tassels. “All right, fine. I’ll take it. Come on, let’s leave this room,” Simba replied. The carpet went flat, which Simba took as an invitation to sit on it. He did so. He then flew over to Vitani and Eden. "Look what I found," he said to them.

"A flying carpet? They're real?" asked Vitani.

She mentally kicked herself. Having a flying carpet would have surely made her parents happy with whatever they were up to. Maybe she could find a way to get it away from Simba.

"What's that in your hand? A lamp? Maybe you should give the flying carpet to Princess Nala. I don't think she'd appreciate some dusty old lamp." said Vitani.

Simba smiled at Vitani. "Yeah, I think you're right. Well, perhaps we should leave so I can show the others what I found," he said.

"Ok. Let's go." said Vitani.

Vitani was mentally planning in her mind. Maybe she could find an exact replica or one close it to fool him long enough for her to get it to her parents. It'd probably fly away from her though. Perhaps her parents would know what to do. She'd talk to them about it later.
She headed to the door, and opened it for Simba and Eden to go through first.

"I wonder why they kept a rug in the treasury anyway. If they knew it was a flying carpet you think they'd be using it not locking it up. I can't wait to see their reactions." said Vitani.

Kovu sighed as he was led back to his room, which was cleaned up good as new. Once the gards had left, Kovu saw a shadowy figure. "Bring me the lamp and the five fingers of discontent, or I will take your life." he said in a low voice.

Kovu nodded in obbediance as he snuck out undetected. After sneaking around and avoiding the guards, Kovu was in the Treassure chamber. He sneaked around and saw his first target, the five fingers of discontent. With it, one's theiving abilities would become legendary. Kovu slowly reached for the gauntlet as he eyed its beautifuly gold and jewel creasted glory. Imon Phire, the one who had forced him to steal, forced him to lie all this time to simba, to Mufasa and sarabi, and everyone else, wanted this gauntlet. Kovu was leaning forward, using a pile of gold to reach it. However the Klepto cub lost his balance and fell onto the gauntlet and it's stand. Kovu landed with a thud as he saw a bright flash of light. He looked at the gauntlet, which matched the size of his paw.

Vitani glanced up hearing the sound.

"What was that noise? Another flying carpet?" asked Vitani, curious.

"I don't know," Simba stated. He then looked around. "Whoever or whatever made that noise, show yourself," he ordered.
