Nguvu slept, waiting for the dawn of a new day. He was sure to have fun that day.

Vitani woke up, and, to her surprise found both her mates and her two cubs still next to her. 'That's new... Usually they're all gone when I wake up...' she chuckled.

Kopa was the next one up. "Hello," he said after yawning.

Vitani smiled, "Good morning." she said, licking her mate.

Kopa licked her back, and then watched the cubs sleep.

Vitani also looked down at her cubs with a smile.

"What do you want to do today?" Kopa asked, his mind running through possible ideas.

Vitani smiled, "We haven't spent time together in quite a while now that you've mentioned it." she said, trying to think of what to do.

"Perhaps we should find a lioness to cubsit for us and go to one of our favorite spots," Kopa suggested, winking at Vitani.

Vitani giggled and said, "Well, I'm sure anyone would love to watch them for a while."
