[Closed] Trials in the Pridelands

"Hi... Your Majesty..." Kovu whimpered. "How the heck do you know my name!" he exploded, but then she noticed Kiara's smile, and was calmed. "Dad..."

Kopa growled as threateningly as a cub with a mane the size of his tail could and moved to stand in front of Kiara. He didn't trust the Outalander cub at all, even if he didn't know him.

Simba glared at Monstro. "I am Simba. Now, take your cub and go back to wherever it is you come from," he said. he then roared loudly to emphasize his point.

Chaka glared at Kopa while he made his threatening movement. Why be so mad against an unknown cub? Just then he noticed how similar Kovu and his brother were to eachother. They had the same tuft and body figure besides coloring and their noses. "Wow..." he whispered to himself.

Kopa felt his brother's stare, and he turned his neck to look at him. "What?" he demanded, irritated Chaka was giving him a dirty look for nothing. "What?" he asked again, this time confused as he heard what he said.

Simba never took his eyes off of Monstro. "Did you hear me? I said take your cub and leave," he stated.

Chaka came back to reality as Kopa asked him something. He shook his head and answered, "look how alike you and Kovu are."He placed a paw on Kopa's tuft in order for him to see what he was meaning.

"No we're not! I'm way older and bigger than him!" Kopa protested, afraid his brother might be right. Because he had heard of someone with Kovu's unique dark coloring before in his father's stories. And he did not want to even physically resemble anyone like that.

"Kopa!" he growled. Luckily there was a little puddle of water behind them that you could see your reflection in. He pointed his head in the direction of it and told Kopa to go look at himself. "Go, you'll see what I mean." He padded over and waited for his older brother.

Monstro stood up in Simba's face and smirked, "Well Simba, I'm Monstro. Thanks for the refreshing break." he added and turned around scooping Kovu up by his scruff. His eyes looked back at the cubs once more and he bounded out of the Pridelands, checking over his shoulder to make sure Simba didn't try and attack him. After making it into the dry dusty outlands he set Kovu down,"Good Kovu. Now Simba has us on the mind." he spoke calmly looking down. "His thoughts will get the best of him, make him wonder who else is in the outlands with us." he gloated with a chuckle. Stepping back into view of Zira and the others, "Well I met Simba, hes quite some lion." he said with a smirk. Monstro had his own idea a plot forming in his mind.
