[Buffy]

When they got back to Pride Rock, Buffy was still in shock. She couldn't understand how this could happen. Why hadn't anyone heard him come into Pride Rock. Why hadn't Tero stopped him? Why would he do this? Was he trying to get Buffy to fall in love with him? What was it? She couldn't understand. Her mind was full of unanswered questions. Why hadn't she woken up when he mated her? Was she too tired to wake up? These questions kept buzzing around in her head, without her knowing how to answer them. She tried to find the silver lining, but there didn't seem to be one. She had no idea if she was ready for another cub. She wanted a mate before having any more cubs, but now it seemed too late. All she could do now, was to bring this little one to life and love it like she had loved Zeta. Maybe Buffy would find a mate soon.

"Mama? Mama? MAMA!" Buffy came back to the real world to see Zeta in front of her. She jumped by surprise, the news on her pregnancy had made her real jumpy whenever she saw a cub. Even her own daughter. "Hey Honey! Look, Kiara and I will have a talk with Tero. See you soon." And Buffy followed Kiara into Pride Rock where Tero was, leaving a very confused Zeta outside.

Before seeing Tero, Buffy stopped Kiara. "Uhm... Could we please keep this pregnancy a secret? I don't want Zeta to know..." she asked.

Tero sat in the cave. He just stared around looking at the rocks. He sat there sulking just like Scar did. Soon, a mouse got out of it's hole. Tero put his paw on it. Then he used his toes to pick up the mouse. Life's not fair isn't it? You see, I have to have a little brother who I have to get rid of in order to save him.Btu, then, they'd know that I hated him, so, the dad do someting horrible. Then, Tero remembered words that rouge said to him "I'll want that brown cub, and I'm going to get him." Those words echoed his mind. What if that rouge would get his brother. Tero had to do something, but what. He couldn't kill him. He might loose his postion as king.

After that, Tero let the mouse. And tehn, he heard a voice. Tero, me and your mother need to talk to you.

NOTE: Willow is Buffy's future mate.

Buffy and Kiara walked in and towards Tero. Chakavu was sleeping peacefully so no need to worry about anyone hearing the talk. Except a lion Buffy had never seen before, he lay resting a little deeper into the cave. Before talking to Tero, Buffy asked Kiara, "who's that?" Kiara took a look and sighed. "That's Willow, been a member of our Pride ever since he was tiny. His mother left him with us when she died." Buffy looked at the lion, who was laying on his side, back facing Buffy and Kiara. "I've never seen him before!" Buffy said. Kiara looked down and then up again. "He doesn't say much. No one in the Pride knows him at all. But we know he's harmless." Kiara said before turning back to Tero. Buffy decided to stop looking at Willow and turned her attention towards Tero. "Listen, we need to talk about many things, mainly what happened last night." Kiara told her cub. She didn't want to be too hard on him, as he was still young. "Now, tell Buffy what you saw last night. Tell her exactly what you told me, Honey." Kiara asked her cub.

Well, you probibly wouldn't believe me anyway, so why would you? Well, we just want to hear what you saw. Well, it all started last night when I ran away. Buffy came back. She went to sleep. I stayed outside of priderock for a while, then I fell asleep.Soon, I woke up and I saw Chakavu crawling outside of priderock. So I picked him up and put him in the grass off of priderock. Buffy found him. I woke up again, I went to the end of priderock, then, a rouge came up to me, he dug his claws into me, then said "Long Live the Prince", and then threw me off of priderock. See, I have scar marks to prove it. Then, Tero showed them the scar marks. As I was saying, I got up, I got Chakavu and out him under priderock. Then I went back into priderock. I didn't sleep intil I saw the rouge mate Buffy, then I fell asleep. Any questions? Then, Tero walked over to a comfy spot and layed there.

Buffy's eyes almost filled with tears. For the first time in her life she felt like she could trust Tero. "Why didn't you wake your father up? He could have gotten the rogue away..." Buffy asked Tero. She hated to put such pressure on such a young cub, but she felt like she had to. She had to at least find some answers to the million questions in her head. "And why would you even put Chakavu outside Pride Rock where hyenas, rogues, and even other creatures could get him?" Buffy asked him. "Is there any way you could have stopped that rogue?" Buffy desperately asked him. "I could have..." Buffy turned to see Willow the lion talk. Her heart must have skipped a beat, because his voice was so beautiful in her ears. She had forgotten that he'd said that he could have stopped the rogue, she heard his voice chime again and again. And then he spoke again. "I go out during the night... When everyone is sleeping... So no one will see me. However, the little cub saw me last night. I left right after the rogue..." Willow got up and walked towards the lionesses and Tero. "I'm sorry I didn't kill him for you. I'll do it tonight." Buffy looked at him in the eyes. The most beautiful eyes she had ever seen. "If you don't enjoy killing, there's no need for you to do it." Buffy told him. She turned back to Tero. Waiting for his answers... She even gave a smile to encourage him to speak.

Do I really have to answer? Yes! Fine. I didn't wake my father up because he get's grumpy when he's woken up. I put Chakavu outside because I hate him! Why do you hate him? Because.........because I just do! Well, atlest answer the rest of the questions. well, the only reson I didn't stop the rouge is because.......... well, would you want me to be thrown off of priderock again then fine. Then Tero went through a hole in priderock which lead to another cave.

Is that true Tero? Tero didn't answer.

[Buffy]

Kiara waited for an answer. She was in complete shock. How could her cub act like that? What had she done wrong while raising him for him to have that attitude? She felt like a stake was pushed right through her heart at the thought of Tero and Chakavu as enemies. "It's ok, Kiara... He's upset." Buffy tried to comfort her friend, but Kiara wouldn't allow it. "He shouldn't act like this. I almost feel like taking away his right as future king." Kiara told Buffy. Willow stood by listening. Buffy had the same wish as Kiara's, they kept wondering if he'd make a good king if he had so much anger. "Don't take away his right to be king. Maybe it's all he has to look forward to..." Willow told them while looking at Tero, who had his back turned towards them. The lionesses looked up at him and understood that he was right. So, Willow went back to his spot and lay there again, while Kiara and Buffy just looked at each other...

Tero heard everything his mother and Buffy said. Tero got upset. When Buffy and Kiara weren't looking, Tero grabbed Chakavu and took him inot the hole Tero was in, that lead to the outside. Tero carried him to a cave not far from priderock. He put Chakavu in there while Tero left the cave and ran away. Buffy! Chakavu's not here! What?!

All that was in the cave was Willow. It was probibly Tero! But Tero's not here. What? He's not here. We must warn Kovu.

[Buffy]

This craziness was driving Buffy mad. How could a cub act that way? Why aren't there guards near Pride Rock so rogues don't get in? Buffy and Kiara searched for him everywhere, but they couldn't find him. They could say the same about Chakavu. He was nowhere to be seen either. "MOM!" Zeta jumped infront of her mother. "Tell me what's going on! You've been neglecting me!" Buffy looked at Zeta, and got an idea. "Tero and Chakavu are missing... Have you seen Tero anywhere?" Buffy kept the worried look on her face, even if she wanted to smile at the fact that Zeta almost always knew where Tero was. "Hmm... No, but I'll take a look!" And she ran off in search for Tero. "Kids..." Buffy mumbled and then followed the worried Kiara.

Well, do you think Tero took Chakavu and.......No!!!!!!!! Then Kiara ran out of the cave and got Kovu. Kovu! Tero and Chakavu are gone! What?! Yes! I don't know where they went! Well, we must search! So, they all went to search for the two. Tero! Tero come here! Why are you acting bad! Then, something hit her. Zeta! I left her alone! Buffy ran fast to priderock. She went in the cave. You shouldn't left your daughter alone. Well, excuse me! We're searching for Tero and Chakavu. Well, I did see Tero leave. But I only saw him leave. Then Buffy left, knowing that Zeta was okay.

She searched when she got near a cave not to far from priderock. Ro....Ro...Roar Buffy looked in the cave. She looked. It was Chakavu!
