[Buffy]

The evening had come, and everyone was asleep. They were all dreaming thier own dreams, and tonight, Simba was sleeping too. "Mama! Mama!" Buffy yawned and woke up. Her eyes still droopy, but she could see who it was. "Zeta... What are you doing? Go back to sleep." She said and put her head down to sleep again. "But Mama! Mama!" Buffy tried to ignore the cub for just once in her life. "MAMA!" But that task seemed impossible for her. "What? This better be important." She said and looked at Zeta. Her cub had a serious expression which told Buffy that something was wrong. "Tero ran away! He left tonight when he thought we were all asleep!" Buffy got up from where she had layed. "What?" She turned to wake up Kiara and Kovu, but there was no need to worry them. She turned to Vitani. "Psst! Wake up Vitani. Tero ran away!"

"Wha.....t" Vitani, Tero ran away! What?! We need to tell Kovu and Kiara! No! We don't need them to worry, now, get up a couple of lionesses so we can try to find him, but we have to return before sunrise, if we don't find him, we'll search tommorow night. Okay. So, Vitani got up two other lionesses and the got out of priderock.

Alright, Vitani, you go north, I'll go west, and you, you go east, and you, you go south. And, so they all went separte ways. Buffy searched. She went near the waterhole, where Tero loved to swim, but he wasn't here. Then, Buffy looked everywhere. Then she heared a noise. Someone! HELP ME!!!!!!! TERO! I'M coming! Then, she went near the sound of his voice.

She came near the the hyena den, the only place where hyena's hid in the pridelands. Tero! There you are! Why did you leave! I left because I thought Chakavu would be king. Tero, Chakavu won't be king, you will, he'll live under your rule. But, what if he wants to kill me?From the story you told me and Shani. That won't happen, never ever. But in Buffy mind she was saying: 'Atlest I hope not". Then, hyena's came out of the den. Hey, what are you doning near our den! I came to rescue the cub! Well, looks like your going to taste the rath, of my bite! then, the hyena jumped at Buffy. Buffy! Save yourself! Then, Tero ran from the scence. He ran back to priderock. Zeta was a the end of priderock. Tero, where's mummy?

[Buffy]

Even being only half-awake, fighting the hyena was no hard task at all. They were known to be easy to chase off. This hyena obviously didn't know the strength of Buffy. She wasn't very strong, but she was strong enough to survive. The hyena jumped on her and threw it's claws into her side. Buffy took her paw and slapped it off her. She then jumped on the hyena and put her paw on it's neck. Her claws were out, so if the hyena tried to attack her, she would kill it instantly. "Get out of here!" Buffy growled. The hyena choked out a yes and Buffy let it go. It ran away quickly and pretty far. Within a few minutes, Buffy had lost the sight of the crazy hyena. Buffy was about to turn home when she noticed her side was bleeding. "Great!" She said to herself before walking towards Pride Rock.

Meanwhile, Zeta was getting worried about her mom. She had heard from Tero that her mom was fighting a hyena. And Zeta didn't know how easy it was for a lion to beat a hyena, so she was very worried. She looked out over the Pridelands, just hoping to see her mom. She turned for one moment, to see the lionesses come back. But her mom wasn't with them. But eventually, Zeta saw a lioness coming towards Pride Rock. She smiled. "Mom..." She said to herself. She waited at Pride Rock till her mom came home. "Hey Zeta... What are you doing up so late?" Buffy nuzzled her little cub. She tried to hide her wound, but Zeta noticed it immediatly. "Mama, you're hurt." She said concerned. Buffy just smiled and said, "I'll be ok. As long as I'm with you, I'm fine!" She gave her cub another snuggle before they went into the sleeping den. Buffy lay down, and Zeta curled up next to her. Buffy licked the blood from her side away and made sure it was clean before looking at Tero. "Stay home, ok?"

Fine. Tero was mad, Buffy found him. You could have been hurt. Tero was about to say something when he saw Buffy's wound. Buffy! Your hurt! I'll be fine, just as long as you stay home. Okay. Soon, Buffy and Zeta went in the cave. Aren't you coming Tero? I'm going to stay out here for a while, and stargaze. Okay, but come in soon. Tero looked into the sky. it was full of stars. It's so beautiful. Oh great kings, I'm sorry I ran away, I didn't know anyone would get hurt.

Tero soon fell asleep. In his dream, he was king of the pridelands. He had a mate, Zeta, and they had a cub. His brother, was his advisor. And Maua and Shani, were huntresses. And they had cubs of their own. But, soon, the dream ended. He woke up. And he looked in priderock, he saw Chakavu crawling out of priderock. Tero didn't know if he should save him or go in priderock. Soon, he walked to him. Tero picked Chakavu, and took him off of priderock. Stay here squirt. Then, Tero went in priderock to sleep. While Chakavu cried all night. And the worse part was, a rouge was stalking priderock

[Buffy]

The little cub cried for someone to take him inside again, to see his mommy. But no one heard him. Kiara was too tired after the difficult birth to even hear him. Kovu had no maternal instinct, which was probably normal for male lions. Taking care of the cubs needs were normally a lionesses job. Buffy was tired after her long fight, so her normal maternal instinct didn't really respond to the cub's call. Vitani had been chasing her cubs as usual, so she was tired too. And Nala was so snuggled into Simba, that his mane covered her hearing. No one seemed to notice the cub. Except one little lioness. "Huh?" She said to herself and looked around. She was pleased to see her buddy Tero had gone to sleep. But something was wrong. He had taken his newborn brother's sleeping spot. And the newborn was nowhere to be seen. "Mama! Mama! Wake up!" Zeta pushed her mom. "What is it... If you say Tero I'm gonna scream." Buffy said with her head still laying down and her eyes still closed. "No! No! It's Chakavu! He's missing! And there's a baby crying somewhere! But he's not in here!" Zeta seemed to panic, and not too long after, Buffy was panicking too. "He's outside Pride Rock somewhere! Zeta! Stay here!" Buffy ran as fast as she could at her level of awareness. Zeta just looked out, to make sure her mom came back with the cub.

Buffy ran to the bottom of Pride Rock. The cries were getting louder, so she was closer to the cub now. She heard the direction the cries were coming on and moved herself from the bottom of Pride Rock to under it. She then found the cub laying in the tall grass. Completely unprotected and afraid. Buffy had a clue on who did it. "Tero..." She said to herself. He had always been the naughty one. And had never really accepted his brother. Buffy decided to bring the cub inside. What else should she do? So, she lifted the cub up and carried it towards Pride Rock again. She was at the bottom of the rock when she heard. "Why hello again." Buffy turned around to see a rogue. She couldn't seem to recognise him, so why would he say hello again? Buffy put the cub down behind her front paws. "Do I know you?" The rogue gave a surprising look. "Oh, so you don't remember me? What if I say us?" Buffy still didn't remember him. "I have never had a mate!" He nodded. "Ohh that's right. You'd never have a permanent mate, because you just stay with them for about a week and then you leave!" The rogue was angry now. And finally Buffy remembered. "You!" She said. She then remembered it all. This rogue was Zeta's father. "Why have you come here? I thought we were over and finished with!" Buffy said. "Haha! Over? Didn't you have a little result out of our time together?" She thought of Zeta. "Yes... I guess I did." He smiled, but not in a kind way. In an evil way. "Give me the cub!" Buffy was shocked at how he behaved. "Give him to me!" She then understood. He thought Chakavu was his cub. "Now, what would you want with your own daughter?" His eyes were truly surprised. "Daughter? That cub is male!" He yelled. "This cub is also too young to be our cub. He was born a few days ago. But since this is none of your business, I suggest you leave from here! We have nothing to talk about! I am not joining your Pride!" Buffy said before picking Chakavu up and carrying him home. She dropped him in Kovu's paws, since Tero had taken place in Kiaras, and went to lay down with Zeta. "Don't go outside of Pride Rock alone, ok?" Buffy told her confused cub. "Ok." Zeta said and they slept.

Tero soon woke up, it was still night. He noticed that his brother was back. Darn. Tero got out of his mother's paws and went to the edge of priderock. And the ruge saw him. He got on top of priderock. Hello squirt. Tero turned around with shokced eyes. Tero growled. The rouge walked more until half of Tero's body was off of priderock. Tero clawed on so he wouldn't fall. You see what happens when you go outside of your home? Then, the rouge dug his claws in Tero paws. Long Live the Prince Then the rouge let of of Tero's paws. Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!! Then, Tero fell. The rouge walked over to Tero's body. I want that brown cub, and I'm going to get him. Then, the rouge left. I've got to take him. Tero managed to get up, he went in the cave. He got his baby brother, and took him and put him under priderock and scratched Chakavu. Stay here. Then, Tero went back into priderock and slept, worried and hopeful that the rouge wouldn't come back. But, the rouge came back.


The rouge went into priderock. He now had two missions. 1.Get Buffy's cub 2. Mate Buffy.
He saw the cub laying next to Buffy. He decided that he would get Buffy instead. Soon, the rouge left, without Buffy knowing she was now pregnant. Tero soon saw blood coming out of his claws, knowing that the rouge let him go.....good.

[Buffy]

Buffy awoke with a big yawn. She woke up Zeta with a few licks. "Mama... Why'd you have to wake me up from such a sweet dream?" Buffy smiled at her. "What dream was that?" She continued licking, so Zeta would be fully awake. "I was dreaming about Ter... Terrible hyenas dying and the lions living peacefully forever!" Buffy had a feeling that Zeta wasn't completely honest, but she couldn't know for sure. Dreams belong to only one lion or lioness. Buffy got up and went out on Pride Rock. She saw Kiara looking out over the Pridelands. "Hey Kiara, what is going on?" Kiara turned to Buffy. "It's Chakavu! He's missing! He's only 3 days old!" Buffy thought. It could be Tero or the Rogue. She decided to look under Pride Rock again. There she saw the little lion, all curled up and trying to sleep. He was scared and seemed to have been scratched. She sniffed him. The rogue had not touched him, yet wherever Buffy went she could feel his scent. She lifted the cub up and took him to Pride Rock again. Kiara was so happy to see him. "Oh my! Thank you Buffy! I was so worried." Buffy's face was serious. "What is it?" Buffy sighed. "I think you should have a talk with Tero. He seems to hate his brother and look at the scratches he made. Now, if those claws weren't too small to be a lion's I would expect that idiotic rogue to have clawed him. But he didn't. Those are the size on Tero's claws. Look, if you want to make sure your cub is safe, you should talk to your son." Buffy said before going down Pride Rock and to the waterhole. Kiara had no idea about the rogue, and she had no idea about Tero and his hatred.

Kiara went to talk to Tero. Tero, why does Chakavu have claw marks. I only you'd believe me, but you wouldn't. What is it Tero, you can tell me. But I don't understand why you hurt your brother, why. Well, I was up last night, I ran away, Buffy found me, I stayed outside of Priderock for a while, Chakavu escaped from your paws, I put him in the grass off of priderock, Buffy found him and put him back. I went outside of priderock again, a rouge came he made me have half of my body off of priderock, he threw me off, he went into I went back into priderock, the rouge came back and mated Buffy.I took Chakavu outdide of priderock, then I scratched him so the rouge couldn't smell him. And then, I went back inside priderock, and then, my paws started to bleed. Then I went to sleep.

I see, wait what did you say about Buffy? The rouge mated her. I saw him. What?! I must warn Buffy! When Kiara left, Tero picked up Chakavu and put him in the back of priderock. Tero used one claw and lightly scratched Chakavu. I might seem Tero's hurting Chakavu, but he's helping him.

[Buffy]

Zeta was sitting outside on the edge of Pride Rock, watching the Pridelands and cleaning herself. Zeta saw Kiara go to the waterhole, she just guessed it was one of those lioness to lioness talks. She decided to ignore it and go back into Pride Rock. She lay down and waited for her mom to come home.

Meanwhile, at the waterhole. Buffy was taking a dip in the water. It was cool and refreshing. She loved it. She got up from the water and lay down on a nice and heated rock. She felt her fur dry in the sun and felt the heat from the rock work it's way through her fur and into her skin. She loved it when she could do this. She could almost doze off if she wanted to.

Kiara soon, got to the waterhole. She got a lick of water before she told Buffy what happen last night. Whoa Kiara, you were in a fast hurry. Buffy! I have to tell you something! Whoa calm down. What is it? Well, I had a talk with Tero, and he told me everything that happened last night, inculding something.....about you. What?! What is it?! Well, after you got my cub. Tero told me that a rouge came inside priderock and mated you. What?!

It's true. Well, I guess this means...... Yes it is Buffy, yes it is. Well, let's go home, let's see if Tero did anything to Chakavu. Let's go. So, the two lionesses went home.
