The months had passed and it was time for Vitani's cub to be born. Before he went to wait outside, he looked at her one last time. "Be safe," he told her.

Vitani smiled at Kopa. She was rather nervous.

Serena went over to her stepdaughter. "Breathe, Vitani. Soon this will all be over," she said.

Vitani looked at her step mother nervously, "I'm not feeling too good. Is this meant to happen?"

Serena smiled. "Yes, Vitani. However, it will go away when the cub is born," she said.

Vitani found the entire process extremely painful. After a few moments she felt a slight relief. She looked aside and saw her cub, it was a female. However, insted of being happy, she was still in pain. "This still hurts..."

Serena smiled again. "It will fade as the day wears on. It is all part of the Circle of Life. Now, I think I will call Kopa in," she said. Kopa went in to see his mate. He was happy to see his new cub. "It's a girl. I guess her name will be Saba," he said.

Vitani however began to feel really strong pain in her stomach again, "I... I think there's another cub coming!"
