Bambi ignored him once more. Once he was gone, he thought to himself, 'I have to somehow help them.' he however knew he could do nothing at the moment. He smiled at his mother, "I've missed you..."

Meanwhile Karus' daughter still was staring off into the forest until she gave a mean look to Membo, "What do you want?!"

Membo sighed, "Nothing." he looked away from her, knowing she would never forgive him.

Karus' daughter looked back at him, "You did it all for your cousin?"

Membo sighed and slowly nodded, "Yes." he still felt horrible with himself.

Karus' daughter then said, "Is that the only reason?"

Membo looked at her, "I would never take advantage of a doe..." he sighed, "Look, after what happened before... All of that... I..." what was the point of him liking her? She probably hated him.
