Bambi looked at Karus, "I will say though, that since you came to kill a pair who will probably die on it's own in a matter of day, you must have a reason."

Karus laughed, "My amusement of course. And I only came to kill you." He got ready to charge.

Bambi took a deep breath and closed his eyes. When he opened them he was somewhere else. It seemed like he was in the middle of a meadow, which he knew wasn't the meadow next to their forest. He still found it familliar for some reason. He looked around himself and saw the figure of a doe. "Hello?"

Suddenly a buck was there as well. "Come on Bambi." Karus laughed as he bashed Bambi until one of his antlers went through Bambi's heart. "What do you have to say about the Great Prince now?"

Bambi could not feel the pain in his vision. He looked at the figure of the back and recognised his father.

His father said, "My son I have never been more proud of you. However now you must realize that you cannnot return now and defeat Karus." Faline tried to get up but the pain was too much. She just put her head down in agony. Ronno tried to crawl over to Bambi, "Are you alright? My friend speak to me?!"

Bambi looked at his father, "I was too old anyways..." he did not looked relieved at all, "You still haven't told me how your grandchildren are going to get rid of him."

Bambi's father just sighed, "Think no more of it. This is a happy place. I must warn you however when Karus did promise to return he will. There is no way to get rid of him besides slowing him down." He then said, "However Karus does not know this. He is not allowed to kill anyone."

Bambi sensed something in what his father was saying, "What does that mean?"

His father said, "He cannot be stopped but he cannot kill either."
