Suddenly out of nowhere that same dog appeared. "Yes a nice night." Kirby groaned and the dog said, "You mustn't stray too far especially at night! You two know this is dangerous!" He then said, "Besides I am checking to make sure nothing happens here." Kirby said, "Excuse me but I uh don't think that you are her father or mine..."

Aleu said, "Yeah, my parents are very much alive and healthy." she looked at Kirby, "Maybe we should stay in the village though?"

The dog said, "Or better yet why not stay somewhere even safer like close to your brother..."

Aleu said, "Yeah he's..." she looked at him curiously, "How do oyu know I have a brother? How do you know all of this?"

The dog shook his head, "Oh I only figured that you did. Plus everyone in the village knows Kodi..." Suddenly when their backs were turned the dog was gone. "Is he a ghost or something?" Of course Kirby was saying that in jest and wasn't serious.

Aleu sighed, "I don't know and I honestly don't care. This is getting annoying." how did he know her brother's name as well?

Kirby said, "Come on Aleu." As they walked back that same wolf blocked the path. "Ah two hostages today." He laughed.

Aleu growled at the wolf, "Get lost."

The wolf growled back. "I can take two of you easily." Suddenly he pushed Aleu down and Kirby started to attack him. The wolf hit him hard across the face with his claws.
