Geno looked at him, "What have I done to you exactly?"

Karus looked at him, "Tried to kill me numerous times. You humiliated me. Your brother-in-law did kill me. Your children mock me. Need any more?"

Geno said, "Maybe because you tried to kill us?"

Karus laughed, "Yes well I didn't try to do that until I became an adult. But to your logic I'm just evil right? So easy to explain away correct? I'm just evil."

Geno said, "Speak up. What's your explanation to everything you did to us?"

Karus laughed, "My amusement of course." Suddenly Karus brought out that same harness he had all those years ago as Karus' son mocked Geno by copying him, "Karus!" Karus laughed and said, "Oh you got me Geno!" Karus' son then laughed and said, "Oh I've failed. My mate is dead." They both laughed up a storm.
